DROOOOOL
Also found this tonight about windows mobile 7..
http://microsoft.blognewschannel.co...bile-7-to-focus-on-touch-and-motion-gestures/
ahhaa iphones goin down...
The Ipaq 210 was announced about the same time as two very good converged devices the Ipaq 610 and Ipaq 910.
Maybe the release of the 210 is an indication that the 610 / 910 are not too far off.
"HP is not responsible for delays outside of our immediate control, including delays related to order processing or unexpected increase in demand. ..."
and the ipaq 210 mystery continues....

still no shippy shippy

I just wonder (right after I review the newest WM5 emulator images),
why they (Microsoft) leave so ugly interface?
Please compare:
the original Windows Mobile 5 Phone
with my simulation of WM5 written and designed for PPC and WM2003

And square screen versions:
Well, because we will have to wait a few months for new devices with Windows Mobile 5 (and it will request next money), and because there is a many older devices where WM5 will not be update (not enough memory). Should I write the simulator of WM5 Phone interface incl. Contacts with photos?
... Sorry, I couldn't resist:
with VisualStudioBeta I got some leaflet from Microsoft people:
nice new trade mark? ;-)
Very easy on the eye Janusz, I like the caterpillar too.
It was a few days ago that I’ve reviewed the brand new series of the great book / reference reader/browser TomeRaider and reported it being buggy.
Now, fortunately, this is no longer the case as can be seen for example in the following screenshot (I’ve searched hard to find any text with rendering errors – in vain):

All in all, NOW you may want to consider upgrading to the new version (as opposed to the original, 3.2.00 one) from the 3.1.xx series.
Unfortunately, the copy bug under WM5 still hasn’t been fixed.
(Thanks to AximSite forum member cjw for the heads-up! Incidentally, he has also noticed you can step over the history over hardware buttons – see the linked thread.)
In 2009 HTC plans to release about 25 different kind of phones, for different operators. Below you can find some photos

There is already another thread posted some days ago on the same topic
As far as I know the green ones will be launching before the yellow ones
According to

[Release]Windows Mobile6.5(BETA) Professional(QVGA)For_HTC BlueAngel
Windows Mobile6.5Professional(QVGA)For_HTC BlueAngel(v7.9)
Anyone know if WM6.5 will work on Magician? (and yes, I have already read all the posts on Magician cannot do WM5/6, but just hoping this one will).
Thank you in advance!
NoNoNoNoNoNoNo
You know, it probably could, if someone came up with the right drivers and source bits and pieces to put it together. But I don't imagine it's high on anyone's list these days.
A shame, the Magician is still my favourite phone.
But you never know - the BlueAngel is well past its sell by date, and yet it's still the model that opened doors to most of the new roms. There might still be life left in my beloved.

Other WM versions would also work with the right drivers...
I know this is a long shot but are there any car modding developers out there who could make a windows mobile version of the greddy emanage support tool.
Would be amazing if I could just plug my HD2 in to my emanage blue piggy back ecu to monitor/change settings.
p.s. currently about 2/3 the way through of fitting an eaton M45 supercharger to my fto
the specs needed for the original software are quite low -
266mhz cpu (for real time monitoring)
128mb ram
50mb hard drive space
svga monitor (800X600)
my beast
