ok , I solve it, for some reason the first times i use the camera it doent aks me what storage to use (later I found it on the options) and I restar the phone and put the MicroSD again and when started the camera it askme what storage, so I click the MSD storage and it automatically make a directory which the HTC album recognize , I simply Cut and paste the pictures to that location and it show my pictures now.
Im so sorry, I think I ask stupid Questions you people might get a little angry for my Q's ...
Sorry 4 that
Thanks

how do i save photos to my sd card on my spv m1000 orange

hi guys i am a newby , i just need to know how to save my photos i take to my storage card, i take lots of photos them, i email them through my pc .. thanks in advance,
ps, i have tried a search but to know avail..
in Camera/Settings/Tools/options you can specify Folder
just change it to Storage Card
right: Tried that! Doesnt work, pics keep getting in My Documents. It works with Videos though.
(in my version of Camera, I will try the new T-Mo version one of these days)
These settings are different sets for video & image. you'll have to change them separately (see the tabs at the bottom)
If you knew this I'm sorry, but just to be sure you didn't miss the obvious.
M4io: I meant that I know hoq to set it, but to my experience it just doesnt work for pictures.
Did you try it for real?
I just did and both video & picture are stored on my storage card.

Memory card and deleting files

I just got my sprint HTC Pro and I cannot find anywhere in the instructions how to make the darn thing default to saving files to the memory card. Second how in the heck do you delete those annoying music files that come pre-installed?!!
Also once the memory card is inserted i see no easy way to remove it?
Sorry for the nooby questions.

Hey and welcome...reading not only the manual but here on XDA will help you alot. You need to install Diamond Tweak and or Advanced Config they will do alot for your device such as storing items to default locations... example pictures, videos, music etc.... If you read, you will educate yourself and get more responses. Typically questions like this go unanswered.
I dont think you can delete system files, but you can try using total commander...do a search for it and see if it will let you.
The music files are actually in the My Documents folder, and I believe there are others in a different folder, though I can't recall the name since it isn't in my device anymore..
The best thing to do and the best way to learn is to use the search button, explore the forum, and explore your device.
Btw when you say to change the default location to save files, what program are you referring to? and what do you mean by installing the memory card, and what would you consider an easy way to uninstall it?
Have fun with your new device! It's really the most amazing on the market

[Q] Android can't see extSD media files all of a sudden!

Before I start, I was unsure where to put this thread, anyway as it wasn't an individual phone problem, I decided to put it in the general problem.
Also I have researched this problem - so I'm not wasting your time by reading this thread.
Anyway, all of a sudden my media files aren't seen on the music player or the gallery, there are pictures on there and music. I can use a File explorer and I can see all of it, just I can't see them in the music players or load them. ITS SO ANNOYING. Apparently its got to do with some .nomedia ROM manager problem, I've formated my card and put a few pictures on it, STILL NO LUCK?. After this, i re-flashed it, still same problem.
The music player detects nothing
the gallery either detects nothing OR says there is not enough space on your sd card. (well theres 3gb of space).
Thanks.
EDIT: OTHER MUSIC APPS CAN'T SEE MY MUSIC EITHER!!!
EDIT2: THE INTERNAL SD CARD MEDIA ISN'T AVAILABLE EITHER?!?
Just search,
/Emmc
Or
/mmc
On the root of your sd.
That will contain all of your data.
Hit THANKS If I Helped You.

FIXED! Thanks for responding dude,
anyway this is how I fixed it - I hope this helps someone:
The first problem was ROM manager - it put these .nomedia things on your sd cards (ex and internal), this mean't you couldn't see any media on your phone - ( which obviously meant nothing came up in gallery or music) - I followed this guide to get rid of the issue (well done Dragn4rce for making the simple guide)

LG 360 Cam Download to MicroSD ?

Hi,
I was on a vacation and used the LG 360 Cam heavily. I was so excited with the pictures & videos I took and tried to download all of them from the cam's microsd and not realize that they were actually downloaded and saved to my internal memory until I got the popup saying that my internal memory is full.
Have been trying to find any setting to change the path to my microsd instead of internal memory but couldn't find one. Already provided my feedback in app store to ask the same thing and also dropped an email to the author but received no response so far.
Is there any of this forum member can advise if we can change the path somehow? Thanks.
Have you tried manually moving the files with a file explorer like es file explorer?
Sent from my LG-H830 using XDA-Developers mobile app
I have scoured the camera settings in the app and haven't found the ability to save to the SD Card.
As mentioned above, I've been manually moving the to the SD Card using Astro, tough I have been meaning to test Redirect File Organizer to see if that might do it for me automatically.

Moving the files manually is possible using stock gallery app but only after I downloaded to internal memory. I'm avoiding a condition where my internal memory is full so I can download directly to microsd in my phone.

Yep - figured this out last night. No SD Card support for this app. I'll keep looking.
After leaving the review in playstore I also dropped an email to the developer and received a reply just now telling me that it will be supported in October.. let's see
the app just updated with some new stuff and it mentions something about other storage, and the cam also has an update but i still do not see sd options
it says support adoptable storage for download image/vids

I was able to edit the photos and videos from the 360 cam I have made a video about it here
https://youtu.be/wszkGqhooxE
Also Fyi there is a new firmware and app update which seems to have improved the quality of the images a bit as well as introducing an interval meter (timelapse) which is cool in 360 for that I used adobe premiere but the results where great

Pixel Free upload / Sync help....

Hi.
So Ive backed up my photos for as long as I can remember, I have photos and videos going back 15 years.
I pay google each month for 100 gig of storage, what I normally do is once a month or so i get whatever photos/vids I want to keep and i upload them from my desktop into a named album.
Obviously this takes up storage space
I can see that my Pixel allows me to upload pics and vids without eating into my storage however i'm confused as to how it works.
If i backup and sync my camera folder then arrange it into albums the photos will then be deleted if i delete them off my phone, which means i only actually get 64 gig of cloud storage, that matches my phones folders./
Is there a way i can retain my photos in the cloud but remove them from my phone?
Any help appreciated.

It is supposed to automatically backup the camera folder. In settings, google, backup, photos you should be able to select other folders you want to include.

Ahhh, I thought he was deleting them from the camera folder using an explorer/ file manager app....
Got it chaps, thank you.
I've stitched a few videos together that I shot on the Pixel but edited outside of the phone and then dropped the final video back into the camera app and its still let me upload it which is great.
Thanks for the help
