mms:// streaming video playback issues on windows mediaplayer - Tilt, TyTN II, MDA Vario III Windows Mobile ROM De

Hi guyz,
i was trying to watch some mms streams , no luck with TCPMP it says mms protocol not supported even after tweaking the buffer etc as per some suggestions. Mplayer seems to work has excellent video playback but no audio and even the app is very unstable.
Windows media player is the only player that works for both audio and video but the video playback is very poor its jerky its definitely not bcoz of the internet bandwidth it has the same behaviour even with my wifi .
have tried many of the media players w/o any luck , only other player that worked was conduits player but i had the same video play back issue guess it embeds windows media player it it.
does any of you guyz have any suggestions for correcting ther video playback on Windows media player or any othert media player that can handle mms urls smoothly ?
hope to hear from some of you guysz
thnx
Anil

anyone have an idea abt this issue?

HTC HD2 - CorePlayer Audio Codec (AC-3) support

Hi....
um running coreplayer v 1.3.6 build 7427 on my HD2.
The player almost plays all files I need, including .AVI files.
Anyhow,,, while playing some .AVI files the player displays the following message.
player: Audio Codec (AC-3) not supported by the player! (0108)
After this message, the file is smoothly played, but to my very big disappointment, without any audio.
I like not to convert my files into other playable formats.
So, if anyone can help me,,.... please.
Somebody, please figure out a way to play .AVI files with AC 3 audio codec on the coreplayer.
I have the same problem. Does anyone know how to fix it?
Same problem here!! but there is any player that can play ac-3 sounds?
I'm using a patched version of TCPMP support to play movies with AC3 audio on my HD2. (cab attached)

You need to set Options > Video > to GDI or Raw FrameBuffer to get video to display properly. Playback quality is great and no different from Core Player, except AC3 now actually works!
I should mention that I use a WM6.1 ROM on my HD2 instead of the stock WM6.5, so YMMV. Of course, I could also boot into Android and use an AC3-audio supported media player (many do). See my signature if you'd like to know more about running WM6.1 or Android of your HD2. The HD2 is a great phone but WM6.5 is just plain awful. Cheers.

[Q] Streaming video player?

Hi there Basically I need a streaming video player for Android that supports lots of video formats. The functionality I need is to be able to add URLs of streaming media files to the app to be played. I know video playback is a problematic topic for Android users - it was much simpler on WM via TCPMP. So until CorePlayer for Android is out what are the alternatives for playing streaming video on Android phones?

[Q] What is your video (movie) play back with various video players?

For some reason EVERY video player I have has some flaw in it when it comes to video playback on the Sensation. Rock Player used to be my go to player on the hd2. On the sensation, I am getting slow playback and the voices will not sync properly. mVideo is the same thing, but more so. I used to use this one for for music videos. With the voices not in sync it really sucks. The video player that comes with the Sensation has the best sound, but I put in an .avi of a movie and the playback is pixelated.
I don't convert movies because I never did it on the hd2 and the two codecs I primarily use, .avi and .mp4, have NEVER given me an issue. Should I be more worried than I am? Is it only my Sensation? Should I take it back? your thoughts/experiences...
DICE Player has worked for me. It has a trial as well.
I used the default player and MoboPlayer
mobo only for dice player FC always

[Q] Watching 720p MKV on SGR

Is there any video player for Samsung Galaxy R that can play 720p H264 videos with high profile of encoding [like any TV series release that can be found on the web]? I heard that Tegra2 is not really good with such kind of videos, but i really did not have any luck with finding any program that can play them back [they all stutter badly].
Also, if no solution can be found, can you recommend me some pc server/android client that can transcode that type of videos and stream them over the wifi?
Thanks.
DICE Player, MX Video Player. In my play very smoothly, without jamming.
