Is their a section for beginners?

Is their a section in this forum that is for beginners? When I say beginners I mean we know the basics about computers and what not, but when it comes to changing registry and tweaking up our HTC phone.
Like a guide on "how-to's" on everything and anything we probably would want to do or just the major stuff. That would be great because searching through the forum for other questions that were solved is a hassle. Sometimes I can't find anything then you would have to post it and members would come back to flame you because you didn't search when you actually did.
If their is a section could someone please post the link.

Ok i know that the sapphire forum doesnt get as much development as the dream section but cmon ppl, has it come to the point where every single question deserves a thread. Its called using the q/a thread. Geez. Incase the reason u posted here is because u dont know what q/a stands for, its questions and answers. THIS IS SIMPLY A COPY OF THE PAGES THAT toastcfh HAS CREATED (albeit on a working wiki)
I (toastcfh) decided to create a guide and tutorial wiki because it seems a lot of great info is being buried in the forums. I just made a page on the Rom Wiki and used the format from it to create a Guide and Tutorial Wiki. Everyone is welcomed to update it as it is a Wiki. All that's asked is to keep it organized, so it will remain useful for everyone.

Since your question has been answered, I'll remind you that all you had to do was browse this section one or two pages more max, if even that much, and you would have seen the above referenced post. No mysterious title, exactly what you asked for.
Please post questions in the general section. This section is for development-specific subects only.

I agree that this section is for development, and you should post questions in general.
That said - if you're gonna be a **** with your answers at least make sure it's justified. This question was asked March 4. The Inspire Radio thread mentioned above wasn't created until June 1. It was a reasonable question at the time

Well pardon me for overlooking the date of the op. My mistake. Guilty of a knee-jerk reaction, I'll admit.
It was bumped with a reply pointing to the recent inspire only radio thread, and evidently not locked or moved originally from this section.

Thread locked and moved to the correct section since it has been already answered. Also, added the link to the sticky.

CRT animations Android Revolution HD 6.1.3

Does anyone know where i can find any crt animations that will work with android revolution 6.1.3? I have scouerd all the post and forums. If there is something I missed I apologize, and could you post a link? Thanks in advance!!! All I can find is how to flash the animations for 5.5.x.

I don't believe you scoured hard enough then sir. Please see attached link, its someways down but its in there. PLEASE, search because honestly this link is posted directly on the first page under mods for 6.1.x. Also, the Q&A's for specific ROMS aren't for show, it would be better if you posted questions that pertain to specific roms in their respective Q&A thread so we can avoid clutter in the Q&A section.

First of all thank you!!!!!!!!! Rest assured that i scoured immensely. I even have the link to the Rom in my favorites so that i can get to it in no time. The reason I could not find it was because it was in the Desire HD forum and I was looking in the Inspire forum. And I would have never had noticed that I posted in general Q&A unless you called me out on it. I had every intention of posting it in the Rom section, but I had som many tabs open that i guess i posted in the wrong one. I am usually not one to just post some crap question. I have had Android since the good old G1 and have been getting all of my info from xda and cyanogenmod for some time. This is the first post that i have made and i have used xda to root, radio, ect for 5 phones. Sorry to ramble. Thank you sooooooo much!!!!!
