Why you want to change the font? Segoe looks nice. To change you need to edit the registries, no GUI.

i am looking a tsk theme for wm 6.5 with the color of htc (black with green selection).
i tyed to use the one from wm 6.1, works, but i cant use the png for the scrollbar and the other.
