My buddy had a Blackberry Pearl with Cingular, he then got an XV6800 Titan, and he can't get his contacts off the Pearl. He says it is locked up and Cingular won't help him, he needs to hack the Sim card, does anyone know how to do this? Thanks for any help!

Hi Everyone,
I´ve just arrived to Tokyo, and I got this SOFTBANK simcard from my friend. I really like my X10 and I would like to use it. The problem is that I can call from it, but i cant send SMS or Email. This is because they want you to buy a phone from SOFTBANK. So their simcards only work with SOFTBANKS phones. However, I guess that you can fix this, I am not that good at this thats why I am asking all you guys for help.
Is there some way that you can fool the simcard that my phone is a SOFTBank phone, and the other problem I have is that my computer is a Mac. So is this stil possible?
THANK you very much for making my stay here much easier...
