Me too, but i'm searching for Italian ROM only for warranty in case the device have some malfunction and i have to get back it.

If you own an Italian device with Italian ROM, you can dump the ROM and reconstruct it for backup purpose. Take a look at my thread in my signature.

For arabic one you dont need install Arabic ROM. go here for details http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=535108
i believe there is no wm6.5 in Arabic ROM. let me know if you find out
