I made a test version of the 5.2.1921 and made some changes that crashed the complete thing, so i decided to start with this one, that booted up without any problems.
But i am trying to find the error and use a newer CE OS then

Camera problem

nice work
only one problem, the camera didn't work from the camera program shotcut (start --> programs --> camera) it happen with me twice even I've restarted the phone. but it works fine now.
but for everything else, it works fine till now

Good to know that. Maybe I will try to cook it with my favourite apps. It could be the time to see if I can decompile your ROM and then compile it after changes.

WiFi Problem

I've tested the WiFi and it works fine, after I ended my WiFi connection, the WiFi indicator is still above my task bar and shows that I'm connected, while I'm not in fact

Have both versions the contacts problem ?
The Wifi fix will be in v2, i didn't have any time to check it thoroughly before releasing, this is the reason why i didn't add it into either of the rom versions.
Yes in both versions I have contact problem and then there is not office

Ivan, I'm a bit confused about the small number of posts in this thread.
I think your ROM's are great, and this one is the best I ever used on my Universal!
Battery consumption is low, performance is great, stability is great.
Every Universal owner should install this ROM!

Have problems with a lot of application (hhc, schaps ACTool, Cube settings - HTCustom; ecc):
Once installed, when i try to exe them it says me "non è un'applicazione PPC valida".
Why does it happen? Could it be due to NetCF 3.5?

Found a problem Maja, only one:
in program folder sometime it happens that a new "Program.lnk" (or more than one...) appears.
To delete it i have to cancel the .lnk file in "windows/startmenu/progammi... but after some usage or reset it happens again, till i get several "ghost program" icons...
It's again due to NetCF i think, can you fix it posting a cab please? I've just finished to reinstall all my apps and accounts...

This rom is very fast...the ram free is around 29-30mb after hard reset...This rom have a full diamond skin with Manilla 3D Today( activate " Manilla 3D " only if accepted performance)...
Ram free with Manilla 3D is 20 mega with 64mb of ram....it's consigliable to use universal with 128mb ram...
This is a beta version of v1.7 (Is a vanilla versions, only little features diamond installed)... Comments and report a bugs...

PDAViets ROM have some important bugs, so if you you release a bug free ROM with this built it would be great...

with throttle launcer the rom is slow but without throttle launcher the speed is acceptable...and the bt,wifi and activesync does work perfectly

but i cannot update gpsrapido or weather...
about the weather is it the hacked version.. because manually added my own town.. ancona.. tried the other cities that were on but nothing
Yes ive just seen that quickGps wont work...i was pretty sure to have used after had flashing the Rom, ill try to fix it as soon as i can.
The weather is the stock from Mega it isnt patched.

Really a nice Rom.. only small corrections with Advanced config for make the Gprs icon visible as i was already used to with some other Rom's.
