Hi,
I'm searching for a navigation solution for the Palm Treo 750v and Germany/Europe.
I did a quick test of Navigon PDA 5 two weeks ago when I had the device for testing but was only able to start the software. The problem with proper display proportion was obvious.
After some mails and searching on the web I got this:

In December a solution based on Tomtom 6 will be available for Palm Treo 750v.

There is no information. Please watch our compatibility list.

Does anyone know of a working solution besides Tomtom?

But if it works for you thats good news Maybe Navigon will do some testing also...
Thanks to the others. So TomTom will be my backup option when nothing else works.

Can't get my TT6 to save favorites etc on my new Treo 750v (wow what a great gadget!!)
Not sure if MiniSD is locked - doesn't appear to be
Any ideas please
Or could someone email me a .cfg file I can try and install - I don't appear to have one in my map folder

Hi all, I am about to get a new SPV C600 but as I currently have a HTC 9100 I would like to have sat nav on my new phone. Can anyone tell me if TomTom 6 is supported on this phone and if not which other products are likely to work?
Thanks.
why you cannot test it by yourself ?

If it os WM5 and you have Bluetooth I can't see the reason why not.
If it is WM6 than i could not tell you but you could olways test it but do perform backup before you atempt.
Still some issues with TomTom 6. It will run, but you can't navigate around the menus correctly. TomTom 5 works though, and the newest maps are still released for use on version 5.
Personally I'm using Route 66, which looks a lot better and is more user-friendly on Smartphone than TT5. Plus it has free traffic updates built into it...
I believe CoPilot is also pretty good on Smartphone, but I've never used it. Route 66 all the way for me. (And yes, any bluetooth GPS "mouse" should be fine with the Tornado)
Hi all.
Essentially I want to use my Orange SPV m500 with tom tom. Tom tom is loaded and works really well.
However I want to use bluetooth headphones, these work well with the phone, but not with tom tom voices. I was given advice on A2dt?? headphones and no joy, someone suggested I use bluemusic as this can direct all speaker activity through to the bluetooth phones, downloaded it, but it wont install.
Bluemusic site states that I nee wm5 or wm6, but I have windoes mobile 2003second edition version 4.21. The error I get is that the cab files is not a valid ce file.
Is there a way round this that anyone knows.
Can I upgrade the phone to WM5 or 6 and if so how do I do it.
Or does anyone know of similar software to bluemusic that works with my windows version.
Thanks in advance
Does anyone know anything about these?
i know they run wm2003 and have a built in GPS i was wandering if i were to buy one could i delete the navmanness maybe update the wm2003 as apparently its an early version, install tomtom on it and use the built in gps with tomtom?
any help would be greatly appreciated
ignore that, i just spent the extra and got a tomtom ipaq
Hello people!
In the forum for developers there is an old thread about software called “QuickGPS Lite” for Windows Mobile: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=866641
Can someone tell me if this program supposed to work on iPAQ rx5915 ? I’ve tried different folders to save downloaded satellite data to, but software seems not to make any difference. iPAQ rx5915 has a SiRFstarIII chipset.
Is there ANY way to make my iPAQ 5915 download satellite data over the web? Because otherwise GPS fix is very slow on iPAQ 5915. I can’t afford a new GPS now but do need one.
Any help, please?
