whenever i try to syncronize my imate jasjar (upgraded to wm6) with my PC, it takes a lot of time... i haven't had this issue in the earlier version of activesync & wm5... can anyone help me out?

I just bought JASJAR and installed Activesync 4.1 on my PC, disable my Firewall and started my activesync and…… NADA, it write connecting……. Forever…..
What to do?

Try switching your Jasjar off and then plugging in the USB. Also, your firewall has to be disabled!
Activesync problems

at Microsoft. My experience was that absolutely nothing worked on my desktop PC, (XP Pro SP2), but everything worked 1st time on my laptop (XP Pro SP2). I'm sticking with my laptop until MS issue a new release. There is a dead link to a download of ActiveSync 4.1 on the page above, so maybe it's nearly ready! :?

Maybe this has been answerd, i have one PDA with WM2005 & my works PDA with WM2003, now and then i have to sync my works PDA with outlook via my PC.
Im told you can not (or should not) use ActiveSync 4.x with WM2003 & ActiveSync 3.8 will not work with WM2005.
Anyone have any ways round useing 2 pda`s on one PC. :? :?
You can sync both on your computer. Activesync 4 will automatically switch to version 3.8 when you use your WM2003 PDA. I sync my JAM and 6700 and it works fine.
Is the a difference between how Activesync 4.5 syncs between the desktop and a Kaiser running Windows Mobile 6.1, standard (3.28.405) ROM and a Touch Pro on ROM 1.90.401.1 ?
Reason for asking (back to my TT7 problem !) is that if I connect my Kaiser to Activesync with TT Home ver 2.3 running, as soon as Activesync starts syncing, TT Home detects the device asking if I want to use internal memory or a storage card.
If I do the same thing with my Touch Pro - either connecting with Activesync or as a disk, TT Home doesn't recognise it.

I really need help connecting my imate jamin(not modified) with my laptop dell dual core windows 7 32-bit...The problem is that when I connect my jamin to laptop with usb cable, nothing happens...Imate jamin just begins charging. I have installed windows mobile device centre 6.1 which synchronizes imate jamin easily via bluetooth but not via cable...Please help me out...Because I want to update the rom of my imate jamin...
