I have a prophet, and i upgrade with the WM6, but i want dowgrade to WM5 again, in myqtek site i download the last rom in portuguese but dont work, can you tell me why dont work? i have the last rom WWE 2.20.7.34 and i want to change to "JAMin_POR_2130926_21309115_20720_ship".

I Downloaded the T-Mobile 1.13 Rom and replaced the Extended ROM 1.13 ( T-Mobile Stuff) With the 1.12 Vers. Works Perfect! i only replaced the MS_ File on the install stuff with the 1.12 and run Maupgrade..., installs normally and after that updated the Radio with the 1.13 that didn't work replaced.... so... i ended up with :
Rom: 1.13 WWE
Radio: 1.13
Ext: 1.12.119
so.... as i'm a friend.... here it is, jut run Maupgrade : ftp://ftp.xda-developers.com/magician_1.13_QTEK_Unbranded/

Yes you can upgrade the radio & forget abiut the rom-upgrade. Use maupgradeut_noid.exe & run it twice to bypass the country id error.

I have updated the radio on the same rom with urs. it didn't need the maupgradeut_noid.exe. There is no problem with greek-english firmware.

& run the upgrade program. It does hard-reset your ppc so make a back-up.

Sure,
Backup your current ext-rom first for all current operator etc settings & use the maupgrade_noid.exe for the update.
Backup ext-rom by first hard-reset, go through init.proces & soft-reset just after you see the default windows wallpaper (this appears after the message 'tap the screen to begin using your device'). You need to repeat this after the update too or you'll end up with TMO customization. you can out the original ext-rom cabs on your sd & execute them to get your settings back.

Ext ROM version: 2.9.7.106

This is an English rom, and because I am Dutch, I want to try this one:
RUU_Prophet_2100725_21007105_020720_QtekNLD_Ship.exe
My question(s): Can I update to this ROM without any problems? And if I don't like the Dutch language in the NLD-ROM, can I turn back to the WWE ROM (like: RUU_Prophet_2090724_20907106_020720_QtekWWE_Ship.exe)?

if you have no problems with the current rom stick with it. I used to have the dutch qtek rom and wasn't too happy with it. Experienced numerous problems and generally slow system.
I switched to the WWE version using the tool in the No Vendor rom thread.

I also a different language rom (french)... and I upgraded to WWE without any problem...

I think you will be able to upgrade to a dutch rom... but after that, I think you will have a problem to downgrade the version to an english rom...

I've tried many ROM's. On my HTC Wizard as well on my Prophet.
It's not just plug an play though My advice is to check out the Wizard forum, it's almost identical to the Prophet.
At the moment I run the latest Dopod (WWE) on my Prophet, but I've used the Dutch 'language pack' from the Wizard. It takes a little more effort to get it working, but it works fine for me at the moment. With no flaws at all!
I just want to make sure that I understand well. I have a Qtek S200 originally with a Russian rom. Four months ago, I switched to a English ROM. The version that is installed now is: 2.15.13.27 WWE (Rom date 3/9/06, Radio version 02.19.21, Protocol version 4.1.13.09, extROM version 2.15.13.121.) After watching all recent exchanges, I have verified that my device is a G3 (SPL: 2.15.0000.)
I am interested to upgrade it if it possible with the 32.6MB package that I downloaded at: ftp://xda:[email protected]_edition.exe. I am very interested by the "new" pushemail function, which seems to exist in this upgrade.
Could you please tell me if this package is "adapted" to the situation? Thks.

I've updated the Radio ROM to the latest already: 2.69.21
Did i made a good choice in the RadioROM? Are the older better?

I'm portuguese but I'm going to write in English so that everyone can understand...
If you'd like to have the latest update to your S200 you just have to call to Novabase in Portugal (google it ) saying that you want the latest update. They will tell you to e-mail them with the IMEI of your pocket and all the data (SW Version, radio, etc). They will mail you back with a link to get the latest update available.

u should do bootloader (power off+ camera+ reset)button at the same time .and after u try with Cotulla rom as WWE 3.0X (also WWE 3.05) , ur ram is 128mb,right?but u must remember that radio rom shoud be 1.12 not 1.13,if u 1 work with WWE 3.03. And with another, im not sure
and 1 way u should delete radio rom file of HTC magician WWE 3.0X by Cotulla in folder upgrade before u upgrade to ppc
