Im planning to have JAMIN, previously my only experienced for upgrade is XDA1 & ATOM PURE..
What is the better ROM for JAMIN? ANY WM6 available? please tell me which is better for you and the links (anyway ill try the wiki)
If you do not use chinese, go for the WM6.
If you do , then rather stick with jesterz 2.2 , iiiox 's EVO8en or wait for newer ROM

While in the lookout 4 roms avoid using the JAMin string. Instead try using Prophet.
By d by search 4 the latest PDAVIET Touch ROM.

yes, i have a jamin and using PDAVIet 4.0.0.0.6 Touch..
No problem since then.. I even use batteryplus to overlock the CPU speed up to 286Mhz from 195

It's an Qtek ROM from qtek.nl. The ExtROM is updated with some Dutch Service Provider's settings, like GPRS. No new applications as I can tell. I have no knowledge about I-Mate ROMs, since I don't have access to their website (I have a Dutch MDA Compact, not a I-Mate JAM). There are essentially no differences with other 1.11 ROMS, since the RADIO and OS ROM are identical. The only difference is in the ExtROM, which, in this case, has some additions for Dutch Service Providers...
my mini is currently using this ROM..

Better to continue here indeed
I've downloaded the file and noticed that it's not an EXE like other updates. Believe you even have to install it from SD-Card.
If there is anything somebody can help with, just let us know

From the first look, it will be tricky, it's missing things in the OS
however, It might be possible to get drivers for the missing parts from other ROMs (AKU 3.2 or official 2.2)

jesterz, if you do cook us up a rom can you use the official qtek as the base rather than pdamobiz, all those roms you did based on that one have been rock solid.

I couldn't find info if there is a difference between the Dopod 818Pro and Dopod 818. If there even are two different types? But it seems to me that the Dopod 818 (pro?) is yust another Prophet, so the answer would be: Yes

so i'm waiting aku3.3 althrough
this is going to be a hard one people
the buildimage stops on certain dll files, so it's a one by one process
meaning it will take time ! (I have a full time job next to this....)
however i'm still trying
In the mean time, I'm also looking at farias ROM released for the wizard and hope to have a beta out soon for the prophet.

I've tried flashing prohet rom on my charmer.
Total disaster - i took me week to revive th pda. Now I'm useing good old debranded rom AKU 2.2 and i'm happy with that.
Have you cid unlocked your charmer first ? I guess not
just replace keyboard and camera drivers and give it a try. fyi, tmobile germany has released aku3.3 for charmer.

no... wizard is almost completely the same as the prophet.

I have an Cingular 2125 (Faraday) and want to try WM6.1 in it.
Now I'm using NiTroGenious WM6 Platinum Edition (great work!! ) with no problems...
But I want to know if any WM6.1 ROMs in this fórum will work on my cell....
And if any of these ROMs will work, what's your recommendation ?

Hi Gurx. It should work. Try this Rom Wm 6.1 . I'm using it right now and it's amaizing. If your device is SuperCided, than it should work.

Just try CR86 Touch HD if you like. If you flashed hardspl, then simply run the RUU_GO.exe and flash the ROM. Don't worry about G4 or G3.
If you have any problems, just PM. Ya, my right hand work is to help noobs and my left hand work is to cook ROM's

Hi there, asi CRACING (I think was him) told you before, if you have un blocked your wizard, (NOW IN THE SECOND LINE WHEN YOU TURN IT ON SAYS IPL: OLIP)
it means it´s unblocked....
so download a ROM, it will come fully working, i mean its just use the RUU and thar way you will have a new OS on your wizard)
