Couldn't wait for someone else to report back, so ordered one myself.
I bought the desktop cradle from Lee262online, and was happy with that, so I'm pretty confident it should be GR8! Also for $28USD delivered you can't go too wrong
Will post back once received and tested.

Update: Gutted
10 days after paying for the holder and waiting for it to arrive, I inquired to get conformation that it had been sent and got this reply:
We are out of stock now.
If the item is arrive , we will shipped to you immediately.
If you can not wait, we can refund to you.
Thanks.

So I replied to find out if they knew when they expect the next shipment and got exactly the same reply.
Then on Lee262online's feedback I noticed an heavily increased amount of 's and someone who ordered the same item for the Elf had commented the window sucker didn't stick and the arms snapped off.
So I opted for the refund which, in Lee's defence, did come though without a problem. So I'm not out of pocket but back to the drawing board to find a reasonably priced car cradle with charger and speaker
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...item=160180673140&_trksid=p3984.cWON.m313.lVI
I bought this one, no problem with shipping, arrived after 3 days. The speaker works great, but when using the headphone 2.5 mm jack to connect it to my car stereo (To listen to music, iPod like) the sound has no bass. Still looking for a solution. Works great as it keeps your phone charging so no battery drain from, GPS!
Quality is great, great plastics. Holds very good. No complaints at all.
eu26..it does look cool.. but at US40, like a little ex leh. I m in Singapore. tt will cost me abt S$60.. but it only ship to US only... don't think I can gt it in singapore.

Isn't lack of bass a general problem with the Trinity - there are quite a few threads on this and possible solutions IIRC.

It's garbage... I can live with it's crappy sound from the speaker, but what I can't live with is this:
* The phone thinks you're using a carkit, and thus the microphone is disabled. When answering the phone, the other party cannot hear you.
* The speaker buzzes when sms messages arrive or when you trinity is using gprs, just as you hear when you place your trinity near any speaker system.
These are major design flaws and make this thing useless.
The seller didn't bother to reply to me, as I had (mistakenly) already given him good points for the transaction on eBay. He probably figured: I've got my good score, nothing I need to do now.
HTC 3600 P3600 PDA smartphone power charger car mount
Good Morning
I am also pissed at this product. It useless if the mic is disconnected.I am told that its is done on purpose because of a safty issue.
Is there no way to overcome this issue with a software mod.How does trinity know its on a craddle? On a normal charger the mic works fine.
THanks

way better (i guess) since allows you to charge the battery while listening mp3.
or the original one:
??
I've just bought one of those on ebay. I strongly reccomend not to get one with a wire, they just fall out and break
Hi Guys
I found that making one is easier. Just take your headset, open the mic housing with a knife, remove the headphones and solder a 3.5 jackplug in. In the pics here I used a Touch Dual headset...It has a volume control.

Hi Driskol
This one you are looking at will not work. There are of these adaptors availible for the HTC, But the one in the link you sent has a mini usb plug and not the HTC type...However that is exactly the ones I use to convert the standard headsets.
The standard MiniUSB has all its conections on the wide side of the connector, where the HTC connector has all the audio connections on the narrow side. see pic

he he..I´m very familiar with this procedure since I used Motorola phones for years It was the best way how to make own adapter ´cause I tried 4 stock motorola adapters and no of them worked properly so I did it my way
btw: mini usb from motorola doesn´t work on HTC for audio - it works only for data connection
I just received my order from http://cnn.cn/shop/audio-adapter-ext...ap-p-4118.html
...they are cheaper & quicker... it fits and works well on my HTC Diamaond...

About the audio quality. I'm no audiophile but I do know what crap sounds like and these are not crap. I really only use them for running so it really doesn't matter to me but I'm super happy or I wouldn't have passed on the deal.
I ordered a pair as well. They should be here tomorrow.

I missed these the first time around and got them yesterday. Holy hell these are amazing. The sound quality is crisp and great. No problems on my end. And to my surprise, the right earphone has media controls and it also has a mic which catches voice perfectly. Best 25$ I ever spent. Ill never go back to corded headphones. Thanks for the tip mate.

Just so everyone knows, the deal is over. I tried to get some yesterday. Going to keep looking since this seems to be a recurring deal.
price now is $59.99
is this charger a mini or micro USB connection? i want to go all micro since that's where the industry is headed (except APPL lol)
Its micro......
rats, deal expired. now $59.99

Does anyone have one?

Ordering
Hi there,
I have ordered one from Expansys 3 weeks ago. After I submitted my order I was told it will take 21 days to get my headset. After 21 + a few days were gone, I rang them to check, where my headset is. I was told they will probably need another 32 days to deliver it...
It looks great, fully compatible with HTC (as opposed to various other headsets, especially when it comes to remote control) but waiting for it 2+ month is not definitely worthy...
Byez.
That's a shame on the shipping delay, because that looks like a damn fine headset otherwise. I'm assuming it's some sort of problem in the production pipeline, since accessories obviously won't get much priority over the bigger stuff.
If it's not too much trouble, would you mind posting up a quick review if and when yours finally shows up, danko.stefan?
Loving the look of those headphones, if only they came in black I'd
order a pair. Great they have the 'anti tangle' ribbon too.

I think this was due to you living in Hungary and customs are interfering with a shorting shipping time. If I order something from China, it won't get here for about 20 days.
Official HTC store are selling them and all are sold out at moment
@ sosquidtaste :: Hi - no problem, will do - still 27 days to go (26 are gone already...).
@ Ace42 :: I do not think it has anything to do with shipping to Hungary. I ordered it from the UK... Expansys - who are HTC's official distributors in Europe - advised they had been out of stock for various weeks. They ordered 300 pieces, they were also told by HTC they are going to receive the shipment within a month time but HTC finally could not fulfil their order on time - so my order is delayed in line with theirs, unfortunately...
4 days to go... Hope it will not be extended this time.

I'm waiting until someone gets a pair and tries them before i order mine.
They look nice, but they probably sound bad. I mean come on, look at the size of the drivers.
3 days delivery time turned to 17 days today, again... I am considering to cease the order, seriously...
Aww man it sucks that your order keeps getting delayed. I emailed expansys usa and they told me if I order it would ship in 5-10 days. Strange because the website said out of stock. Based on this thread I decided not to order from them. I really wanted these headphones and search all over the internet. Everywhere is out of stock! The only place that had it was ebay but the price is almost doubled and coming from taiwan.
I just have to have these so I paid the $37.50 and now I'm waiting by the mail box. It says the seller still has 3 left if anyone else is as crazy as me hehehe.

Hey there!
I found these the other day. Not white but still flat cable, and equiped with one multi-button - read the specs for the details. Seems to be a good buy.
http://www.jays.se/products/earphones/a-jays-one-plus.html
had the a-jays one before. it was good, albeit its a lil bit more on the bass side but its clarity is superb! sadly though it's broken after my own fault of not taking care of it nicely :/
this headset is here available for 10euros incl shipping, i think i will give it a try, the normal sensation headset sucks, pain in the ears
edit: okay, made an order at amazon with 24hours delivery for 18euros incl shipping.... will report tomorrow how they are

soooo dhl delivered them today.... they look really very nice.... the flat cable is "flabbering" a little bit but hey, they look nice and thats important for me. but a little contra i recognized... they are not very loud, even with beats audio plugin. i dont know if in the train when everything is loud, i really wont hear the rest of the world when im listening to music. with my 10bucks philips in ear i doesnt hear anything. comparing them in my hand the philips are definetiley very louder. the mic and the music buttons are working. for normal users they are great, but i dont know if power music fans will like them.... testing in the next days

It's designed for the Lumia 920, but since it also use the Qi wireless charging standard, it works with the N4 (confirmed by a N4 reviewer on youtube, can't remember which video that is though).

I think the FatBoy looks cool and easy to carry when travelling, we just need it to go down in price!
Does anyone have a clue if it's actually cushioned (inside stuffed with some sort of foam etc.) or if it's just covered in a pillow sleeve? Reason I ask is I plan on having one of these on my bed, since I sleep in a big bed and don't use a bedside table.

Thanks for the pictures...how stable is the phone on that charger? It's pretty small, looks like it could easily fall off
Update: the charger seems to be switching on and off keeping the screen on at times, when the phone is OFF it charges fine.
Wonder if its software related?

Hi, any update if the nokia Qi charger would work? Did you managed to test the phone with the chargers on display? appreciate it. thanks!
For those of you interested in the Fatboy Pillow, do note that inside the pillow part is the exact same DT-900 charger that many have reported problems with (see jmquez above). Not sure if the pillow cures those, but it's worth keeping in mind before spending ~$100.

That thing looks like something I would bump in the night and catapult my phone into something hard. Looks cool though.
Thought i'd post this on a few of the threads regarding wireless chargers so people can see that there are other options out there other than the LG pad, nokia pillow etc...
Found this whilst browsing for other QI chargers. Looks quite nice and seems to have a rubbery surface to prevent the phone from slipping.

Hi all,
I'm still looking for a decent headset for my Nexus 4. I've gone through browsing/reviewing many products this week, and I was dead certain I was going to get these SkullCandy Headsets but then found out the Mic is incompatible with Android phones.

Apple EarBuds MB770G/B (£14.00)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apple_earbuds
Audio Technica ATH-C505iS (£14.50)
http://www.audiotechnicashop.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=91_87&product_id=330
Now, the Audio Technica one is a new discovery, I was browsing around today and I spotted this one on Amazon/Ebay but is cheapest on their main site which suits me fine.
I can get the Samsung's for £10, Apple EarBuds for £14 and Audio Technica for £14 also.
Please advise on which one you think is better and why. In my head, I think the Audio Technica would be best, why? I've heard people say the Apple EarBuds sound isn't all that, they break easily the cap on the earbud itself and where the wire goes into the actual earbud there is no protection, one bit of a pull and you could damage the earphone. Samsung seems the cheapest option out there, this is probably a freebie with most of the older Samsung's, I think this may be the S2 or S3 headset.
Audio Technica has a Sensitivity of 102dB, the Samsung has a Sensitivity of 105dB and the Apple EarBuds have a Sensitivity of 109dB.
Sorry, didn't expect to write so much, hopefully I can get some good feedback from you all
what about iphone 5's earbuds much better than the 4S ones but don't expect the controls to work though

I've heard that the Apple EarBuds don't really fit all ears and you can't use the standard foam/cotton caps on them to make it a bit more bigger for fit, also they are quite hard so can make your ears hurt if in for long. Read this from reviews.
Updated the whole thread, please advise, would love to order one of the 3 today after good feedback, cheers!
The audio tech... H are really good earbuds . Look at the reviews

But I kinda like the a-jays one+
http://www.jays.se/a-jays-one-plus?___SID=U
You could definitely look into the senhiser range. I personally have a pair, mic less as I don't like in line microphones, and they are amazing.
The dB count on these can go up to a wopping 120, that's what mine do anyways. Definitely check them out!
Oh and I forgot to say, I brought mine for £10 but a good pair with mic can be around £20

Oh and I forgot to say, I brought mine for £10 but a good pair with mic can be around £20

Do add some links for me on where I can purchase at this price, I'm impressed. I do love Sennheiser too.
