Hi All,
I've tried searching and surprisingly, I can't find the answer....
Does anyone know how to start up a java applet without having to boot into the midlet manager first?
ie. I have opera mini installed in the Java Midlet Manager. I want to create a shortcut so I can launch opera mini without having to start the midlet manager, and then launching opera mini from there.
Thanks,
Nobody knows? this seriously can't be...

someone has already posted this link with guide...

didnt search the forum but i think the internet is more vast then this forum and second thing i saw a pic on this site of a self edited ROM on Emulator Device
You can edit the Microsoft ROM images they provide for use in their emulators but there is no way to take a device specific file an emulate it unfortunately.

Thnx for the reply but i have got another question, IS THERE ANYWAY THAT I CAN INSTALL ANY SOFTWARE USING .CAB FILE AND THEN REMOVE ITS ENTRY FROM THE REMOVE PROGRAMS LIST WITHOUT REMOVING THE SOFTWARE? Thnx in advance.
While I haven't used this option, with WinCE CAB Manager you can specify when you create a CAB that the CAB can't be uninstalled after its installed. I'm not sure if the cab will show up in the remove program list then or not.
Basically the remove cab list is registry entries, but I'd be very careful trying to change any of that by hand as you could screw something up and cause the user to have to hard reset their device.
So why would you want to install something and Hide it from the user? Some of your questions (in various threads) has me a little concerned about what you are trying to do.

Don't be concerned my frnd, im not using it to make any virus or something. i wanted to put TouchFLo on my Extended ROM and if the version of HTC Cube i have, is uninstalled after installation it removes your touch ability. I guess it answers your question. And by the way im not a Hacker kind of guy. thnx.

Thankyou soooo much
Found this the other night after sifting through countless pages of google. It does work but only after you soft reset from installation and click ok to some error it gives. Maybe a chef can take a look at it!
Will this work on WM 6.1?
I've only tried it on Q-Mobile 1.2 which is just 6.0, but I don't see why it wouldn't work on 6.1.

This program has been discussed here many times. Please search. WM5Storage only works with Card Export II installed (which is what your posted CAB file does also).

I have this program installed. Works fine. Fun program. Should be a link in your start menu if you installed it. I don't know why you got it from a chinese website... the creator is a member of these forums. Theres already a thread about it (link below). You should take those attachments down.... the creator specifically asks not to redistribute his software.
