Does anyone know how to change the SPB Shell Tabs from Top to Bottom?
I know how to unlock it and move the plugin to bottom, but can we change the hidden plugins to open upwards instead of downwards?

I have an HTC touch cruise with the HTC cube !
I would like to remove the cube and have the "SPB mobile shell 2.0" showing up when I slide my finder from bottom to top !!
Is this even posisble ?
Anyone has an idea on how to do it!

I disabled the cube in the registry and just used Mobile Shell's default top-to-bottom drag to activate, but yeah...it'd be neat to be able to swipe from the bottom up to activate Mobile Shell. Email them and ask for it to be added -- perhaps we'll get it in 2.1...

I made a change so a slide up activates mobile shell 2. you need to just vjbrisk - works perfectly.

basically, follow the instructions there, the file you're looking for to replace is biotouch.exe (you'll need resco explorer or equivalent as it's a readonly file).

Yeh, the top-to-bottom drag keeps hitting the phone icon and doesn't work. Hope SPB realises this and changes it.

What exactly to do if I wanna replace HTC aplication with SPB mobile shell? I have a Polaris and I want to replace default HTC shell. So it is necessary to disable HTC Cube, HTC Today and anything else? And how about it? Thank you very much for an answer.

some people report problems with gestures in sms.
instead of gfinder try touchcommander to replace files
in some devices (mine), instead of startAppList look for startupbiotouch.lnk.

Some days ago I installed new version of Spb shell, it changed my right softkey shortcut which was 'Contacts' to 'Spb Home', now I have uninstalled the shell but the shortcut is still the same. I searched all the setting options on my phone but I couldn't find any way to change it. I have i-mate Ultimate 6150. now plz help me!!

What is the address of Contacts application? is it in '\windows'?

To restore default action, just delete value named "Open" (there's path to application), clear "(Default)" (there's softkey caption, if it's empty - it loads from system DLLs) and soft-reset.

What do you mean by "now screen plugs"? There are several threads on Mobile Shell. These tell how to change your background on both life style and pro screens. So I don't understand exactly what you are wanting to change?
where the clock and the weather shows the screen is always grey. and if i go to Settings to customize Now Screen it tells me that there are no plug-ins installed. And i have another prob. yesterday my calendar dissapreared from the screen. I removed the app and reinstaled it, but it's the same. I do't know what else to do. Thanks

And second question is when I push the "yes" button on bottom left, as you know there it opens phone tab (with contacts) and dialpad, is it possible to make it only dialpad ?

Try SPB Time. If you don´t use SPB Mobile shell instead Touch Flo, maybe you will be satisfied...
I'm using g-alarm, it's so useable and configirable.
