Can anybody tell me which software do i use or how do i make a WM6 Rom for HTC Wizard. I want to make ROMs like ppl here on XDA Developers have made. I want to make(cook) a WM6 Rom of my own for my HTC Wizard.

mfrazzz just released a new version of the XM6 ROM, XM6r3, and he made reference to a website in his Credits. The website is: http://www.molski.biz/.
Other than that, just look around, especially at the "Sticky" posts in each sub-forum of the Wizard forum... The Wiki page might provide some helpful information too!

There are alot of roms being released right now...none of them meets your needs?

Faria did an awesome job on the latest AKU3.2 RC1 ROM for the Wizard.
Since he doesn't own the device he won't be able to give support for the Prophet. I was wondering if somebody would be willingly to volunteer and take the support for the Prophet users on his/her shoulders
If there is somebody working on it please let me know. Then we can shut down this topic again
Faria is very active in the Wizard section. Just for his sake I'm asking everybody not to bother Faria about this ROM for the Prophet, since he is already busy enough answering all the questions for the Wizard users!
Also don't ask questions (yet) about CID unlocking etc. Since this will only be relevant if somebody "converted" the ROM for Prophet use

I test this ROM on Prophet - very fast (I replace Battry/Camera/WiFi/BT drivers)
You use mamaich tools or other?

No to jump ahead, let's first get a STABLE CLEAN AKU 3.2 ROM, before we incorporate faria's ROM/Software

please do read the posts before and also use the WIKI for info. as for the WM6, there is no original version (yet ?!?) for it. only the roms built by our gurus.

So do I. Unfortunately iMate, for some sily reason, does not want the public to get it.
Were did you come from, man? Did'nt you hear that they are not willing to release a WM6 OS for Universal? Read around first, please. ALL THE PEOPLE HERE ARE SPENDING THEIR TIME ONLY BECAUSE THERE IS NO SUCH THINK LIKE "ORIGINAL Universal WM6". Thanks to develpers here we can taste this on our unis, but please do not ask such questions, because it makes people mad.

Um... What do you mean by this?
Did you mean:
1) The Original "Official" Release from I-Mate
Then your out of luck because that doesn't exist...
2) The Original ROM Base before the Developers started working on them
I'm sure if you PM the Developers nicely they may still have a copy. However, there is a reason that the Developers are Developers - they need to do much customisation and work on a ROM Base before it works enough for it to be considered okay for everyday use
3) A ROM that doesn't have all of the extra programs (ie a Pure Vanilla)
Now this we can do. Just look for any "Kitchen" and cook (build) your own ROM without any OEM packages

Are there no ROM lists/feature lists, it seems to be spread all around the forum, with no actual place to find a list of ROMS.
It would be nice to put all the roms released on a single section or atleast a thread with updated links to all the latest WM6 roms...is this something thats already been done? or is it just another one of those "dont ask dont tell, figure out yourself" things?

It's on the cooked ROMs wiki, which is linked in sticky or the Kaiser wiki. All you need to do is scroll down to the very bottom of the cooked roms page.
I don't know if it's stable, but it seems like the only one that exists. Please reply in that thread if you have questions about it.
We're continuing to improve the info found in this forum by linking existing threads to the sticky and the wiki. Please try to use these resources and search before posting.

It's actually the *ONLY* Kaiser WM6.1 ROM in another language right now, afaik.
i am using the rom for over a month or so now and i can only say it's a really good rom.
verry stable and fast and a good clean rom for further cooking.
there was only one problem with it and that was the radio.
so i dont use the 1.64 something radio and changed it to the polaris radio wich gives alot better reception and batterylife.
im on the orange network by the way.
all things said this rom was better for me than all the precooked crab dutty keeps pushing out.
i really like to cusomize my own phone and dont want a cooked rom with alot of stuff i dont use.
all the taskbar enhancing programs like qmenu or wtask i really hate those things.
and i also got fed up uninstalling all the programs i didn't like on my phone.
with this clean rom i can add all the stuff i use and like.
and use the phone like i want to.
but there always are people that like a rom that just gives u all the functions and programs dutty's rom has to offer..

Flashed my TYTNII yesterday with this rom. Using the build in radio rom on a t-mobile netwerk. Works like a charm. Does anyone know where to find a cab file for a dutch HTC Action screen? would be great. TNX
exept the fact that this is my first 6.1 rom, i must say that no thrills rom spins pretty stable. it's a bitt to clean if you ask me, but you have the freedom to dress it the way u like. maybe i should take some cooking lessons and play with this base rom.
It's a shame that there are not that many dutch roms. There should be more, maybe some tweaked, dutch roms.

I know people have probably asked for links to the WM 6.1 ROM countless times already, but every link I find within these forums, or elsewhere for that matter, for downloading the stock HTC Kaiser Windows Mobile 6.1 ROM is either a broken link, or when the link works, it's for a cooked ROM.
I have an AT&T Tilt with the AT&T 6.1 ROM, but I don't care for the look and feel of it, and not to mention all of the useless bloatware. I tried downloading the HTC ROM from the HTC site, but it requires me to enter the serial number before downloading. Being that I have the AT&T version, it doesn't accept it, and it won't allow me to download.
Could someone please point me to a good link?
