I've got an old Magician that I want to use as a sat nav unit without any of the phone functions and was wandering if I could flash a PDA version of Windows onto it?

Is there a tool (to run on pocket pc) to flash parts of the ROM ?
Here is the description of my problem:
I bought a Yakumo Delta 300 PDA (same as Mio 168) from ebay, but is in German. I want it it English. So I said OK, will re-flash it.
The problem is I cannot enter the bootloader, with the joystick pressed and hard reset I get a blank (black screen), no bootloader menu.
Dumping the ROM and comparing it with the exact version I found on the Internet showed that my ROM differs in the last 90Kb, everything else is identical. On my device these last 90Kb are mostly zeroes.
So, I am thinking that in these last 90Kb there is the bootloader part with the ROM update menu. Am I correct in this ?
Now I was thinking to write these last 90Kb with the ones from a good image, through a tool if such a tool exists.
Anyone knows of such tool ?

Can you tell me, how i can jailbreak it, without downgrading back to nodo or windows phone 7, because i haven't a backup?

Yes, but only on one moment because when you installed HSPL and customROM you have OS Version which has ROM (eg. 8107).
is there any other possibility that doesn't need flashing the rom, because i want to minimalize the risk to crash my phone?

HI all,
I am in need of the stock bootloader and PDA (and eventually the stock ROM v4.0.4)
I had to downgrade to V4.0.4, but something went wrong when I wanted to update the PDA (with odin)
At this moment my phone freezes as soon when I'm trying to go into recovery mode, so that isn't usable at all anymore.
I need v4.0.4 to unlock my SIM.
There are a bunch of topics I found with exactly what I need, but unfortunately all links are dead

I have an original Shield Tablet which should be deactivated.
Can I update my Tablet with the Software Upgrade 5.2 ? Can I usw it without WiFi or is the Kill switch directly integrated into the Software ?
I need to update it so I can install nougat or Oreo Roms. At the moment I cant install M/N/O Roms because the Bootloader is an old one. I tried to update the Firmeware with the "shieldtablet-firmware-50-update.zip" from this forum. But it did not work.

i have a problem, i have an old China phone Crescent CUBE 2 (MT6572 NAND ANDROID 4.4.2). Before flashing it i make Backup from Desktop then i flashed it with TECNO Firmware (ik i dont know anything about phones) then my phone bootloader broke, it dont start (just white screen). a few weeks after i format my pc and i forgotten to save my backup and yesterday i tried to download alot of firmware wich is MT6572 NAND ANDROID 4.4.2 too (Because i dont find my Model firmware in internet) But when i flash with SP-TOOL, flash progress and finnish without problem and the phone still no-start.
so i ask you : can other firmware wich have the same MT work to my phone? or can a custom rom work on it?
i ask you please help me to solve this problem...
A Custom ROM ( as this is case with Stock ROM, too ) must be tailored to device's hardware specs in order to properly work.
