Have anyone tried to use a 4GB SDHC memory in the s710/vox?
Yes they work fine. At least Sandisk ones does.
Great, thanks for the info.

Hello,
I have updated my Tornado with WM6 - works great ; )))
Now I tried to use my 4GB microSD card with a miniSD card adapter in my tornado, but it doesn't find the card.
It's a 4GB microSD HC from SanDisk.
Is there a solution for this problem ? (another driver or something else)
Thanks, Newchurch
Tornado specs only support 1GB, but 2GB do work.
We are currently trying to port SDHC driver, but we have many problems, we don't even know if the card reader on the phone supports SDHC.
So you just go to wait
isnt there mini sd cards with 4 gb but without the damn HC?
like here (german ebay)

why porting the other type? any advantages?
I bought a miniSD 4gb TOPRAM from eBay and it works great on my T-Mobile SDA with WM5 and WM6
Here is the same thing i bought: eBay miniSD 4gb TOPRAM
I thought all cards exceeding 2GB are SDHC ? HC = high capacity

Not necessarily - some 4G SD cards are still no-HC. Dunno about the mini/microSD cards, though - to my knowledge, there're no no-HC 4G microSD cards.
Disk2Go seems the offer microSD non-HC in 4GB fashion, at least their website says so (and the online dealers I've found offering it):
http://www.disk2go.com/xx_EN/memorycard.php?id=microsd
From what I could gather, getting a 4GB miniSD non-HC 4GB to work in a Tornado is a matter of brand and luck.
Couldn't find any reports yet about how the chances of getting a 4GB microSD non-HC to work in a Tornado using a miniSD adapter are, but I guess since it's just simple wire extension in a bigger housing (no electronics needed), I'd say it *should* work.
However, I've yet to find a 4GB microSD + miniSD adapter combo for sale. Let me know if you do!
But I doubt the speed of non HC card above 2GB
I was wondering if the SanDisk 4GB MicroSD will work in the VOX?
Works without any problems.
I got my 6GB SDHC Sandisk card 2 days ago and it works also without any problems.
sweet, ordered two (one for the wife's VOX and my TyTN)
I asked my supplier to make a test with a 4Gb card and an HTC S710 phone and it failed.
Therefore, be carefull !
My SanDisk 4GB SDHC MicroSD card works fine. Base on SanDisk recommendation 8GB MicroSD card should be work too.
Looking to buy extra mem. 2gb doesn't do it for me...Box says 4gb is its limit. Will an SDHC card work, or do I just stick with a regular Sd card? Also, can it handle a higher capacity card?
SDHC will work... even with stock rom. I took my 8gb out of my wing to help set up one of my friends tilts
8gb sdhc works fine in my mogul
Just Wondering if anyone using this Sandisk card. Suposed to be optimised for smartphones. Slightly dearer than a standard Sandisk but dont mind that if it is any good.

Looking to get the 32gb card
It is a class 6 microSDHC card.

Yes... thanks for that useful post.
I imagine then that it is also optimized for random read/writes rather than all out speed with a big file transfer.

Hi there,
I know the specs say that only 64gb cards are supported, but has anyone tried a 128gb card?
I've searched quite a bit but I haven't been able to find a definitive answer either way.
Thanks
Yes, it works. I have been using the Lexar 633x.
Are you sure, can I insert MicroSDHC from Sandisk 128GB ?
i have sandisk u1 class card 128gb works normally
