You should download:
First part (47.5Мб)
Second_part_pool_size_12Mb (35.5Мб) or Second_part_pool_size_8Mb (35.5Мб)
You should follow these steps:
1) Turn your device on and connect to your computer. After that - run RUU_Prophet_220734_2207114_024721_NVID.exe
2) Don't unplag your USB cable. You should wait for splash screen and others dialogs (screen, region ..etc).
3) When you will see the splash screen and when ActiveSync will start to connect, it will ask you some questions. You should answer OK for first question and Cancel for second.(that's why you will be connected as giest)
4) You should run RUU_Prophet_220734_2207114_024721(AKU2.3)_lvsw_edition(PS8Mb).exe and wait about 20 minutes. Attention! You wont see progress bar!
5) When the program write that your device was flashed, you should tap SPACE on your computer and make hardreset for your device.
6) Then you should wait for splash screen and other dialogs. After that you will see the installation of extended rom.
7) Thats gerat! You did it!

i just installed your Qtek AKU2.2 Rom edition and find that it works great!
Do you think that it's worth to install this new aku2.3 edition?
I ask because i lost lot of time to configure my device since i installed the aku2.2 Rom. But if you say that with the aku 2.3 Rom, my device will runs much faster, then i would spend my time to do that update!
Another question, if i already have aku 2.2, should i make the STEP1 too?

I have installed your Prophet_AKU2.2_LvsW_edition and work fine and fast.

I think a lot here want to know why this Rom is faster. Like changes or omissions in the registry etc. Also what is the specific difference between 12 and 8 mb page pool?
I counted more than 5 ROM updates and combinations I did on my Prophet and tired of checking each one by uprading that comes out. A little specific explanation what's in the bowels of those ROMs being released will help.

I noticed there's a new ROM you uploaded on 27/11/06: AKU2.3.1_LvsW_Edition_2006-11-27. Care to give us some info on this new ROM? What are the differences between this and your RUU_Prophet_220734_2207114_024721(AKU2.3)_lvsw_edi tion?

With new CommManager WiFi have problems.
You can remove Battery Icon (look attach)

I like the Battery Icon and found that the new COMM manager is slow too!
need to flash again... what a pain ...

Not global differents between AKU2.3 and AKU2.3.1 (only drivers and syslibs)

Update of (what I think) bug reports
All for lvsw's editions
1. AKU2.3 8MB page pool cannot display some pdf files using ClearVue 2.4.2. Someone did confirm this error.
2. AKU2.3.1 12MB page pool can display the same pdf files in #1 using ClearVue 2.4.2. That is why I believe 8MB page pool would be responsible for this error.
3. AKU2.3 8MB page pool and AKU2.3.1 12MB page pool have the same conflict between Transcriber vs Windows Media Player. Details were described in lvsw's AKU2.3 thread. If WMP is still running in memory it will be very difficult to activate Transcriber. I have to activate Phone Pad first and then Transcriber. But once Transcriber was activated, WMP will not be able to play any mp3 files no longer. Soft reset only (I cannot remove Transcriber from the memory... ). Need someone to duplicate this error.
Any suggestion is appreciated.

Hi, did you test LVSW AKu2.0 or the original Qtek Aku2.0 Rom?
If yes, whitch Rom from LVSW (Aku2.0, Aku2.3 or Aku2.3.1) is in your opinion the best?

Where can I get this commanager?
once again, VERY VERY WELL DONE!

Just flashed this ROM and it looks great. One little problem i'm having is with the weather app though. When I click on it from the HTC Today screen I can choose my city, but then nothing happens. It displays my city, but doesn't update the weather. I have checked that all my connection settings are correct (which they are) not sure if I need to enable a setting or this is a problem on this ROM.
Other than that I do LOVE this ROM. Good work.
Edit: Nvm figured it out. Simply required a soft reset. Once again...good job.

Just to be 100% sure: how can you check if a device is CID unlocked? Simply by looking at the versionnumbers in the bootloader screen? If so, mine are:
IPL 1.13.0002
SPL 1.11.0000
Does this mean I am good to go flashing your rom?

Ok I loaded it and it seems to run really well. I only display the usual 6 icons instead of the 10 icons his pics displayed. However I like all the extra features he built into this rom. Nice job. Would like to know how to get the 10 icon cube tho...any ideas?

Initial (under 5 mins of usage!) findings -
- IE homepage logo missing (no big deal!) & Use high resolution still missing
- Free Memory dropped to 11megs with no programs running...will restart and post back....hoping there isnt a memory leak!
Otherwise, its the quickest rom yet! Browsing through menus, settings is really fast!
SNAPVUE.....wow!! This is soooo sweet, love it so much!!!!

I think it's because the ROM is 128Mb RAM ready. Let me check the memory page pool & patch it to 4Mb or 5.2Mb to see if I can get 25Mb +++ RAM at startup. (reference: mamaich's 128Mb RAM & mo3ulla's 128Mb vanilla ROM threads).

I guess you're right! I remember trying one of the 128MB ram compatible roms and had really low free ram....Its starts at 20megs free after a softreset....
And gradually drops to 10-11, and towards the end it choked up and had to soft reset....do let us know once you make this rom 64Meg friendly catch-22! Thanks, take care...

HI, I would like to try this rom, cuz the screenshots look good, however I'm not feeling like changing my current hardspl (3.34) cuz I think it is doing its job fine, would I brick my phone if I flash this rom using hardspl 3.34 or any other different than the one you recommended? thanks in advances for taking care to answer such a "noobish" question.

1st Reports,
ROM is doing fine. It is smooth
Active Sync is doing fine
Boot happens in decet time
Splash Screen required
Some error comes in between of some prog called MiniPIE when i do following and M2D crashes : sometime if i press mail or footprints icon directly. If i scroll to these icons things work fine. The Mini PIE error says : The address is not valied. Check address and try again.

2nd Report:
Problem is with Footprints. It crashed manila. Once i disable the tab things are fine. Can you put the phone screen which was in JJ's Rom. The current phone screen is not that good. Thanks. Otherwise Arksft manager crashed, the default task manager does a good job. One more feature would be appreciated, Long press on X in right bottom to close the program from memory and a slight vibrate while closing the program. Thanks for the efforts

SERIOUS PROBLEM: Phone drops network and never regains it.
Radio: 1.70.18.08 (worked very well in India on all other ROMs)
Hard SPL: 3.56 (using since ages)
Only after restart it ragains the network. Moving back to JJ. Sorry dude. Will try your next version.

Maybe you should look to the cook's recommended hardspl and radio

before you even attempt to flash your phone read the wiki and the flashing for noobs tutorial (click under my TyTNII link on my sig to get there). You will definitely brick your phone if you don't hardspl first.
