Hi !
I am trying to switch to this vista theme on my p3600 - I followed the instructions - installed wisbar 2 and wisbar desktop - copied the files to
the SD Card - on the theme manager I selected the vista theme -
this yellow/green background appears - on the next screen I am able to sort
the plugins and so on..
BUT
the Task Bar (StartMenu Button, Clock, Time..) remains the same - it doesn`t switch to a new style - just the default-wisbar style.
Could you plz help me ? what I am doing wrong ?

I've been having this problem with themes on my P3400 Windows Mobile 6 device. I have been using this phone for almost a year now and have been stuck with the default HTC green theme that comes with the phone. I tried switching themes for different colors - Windows default or Windows Mobile Green for instance and when I select either of these themes under Start --> Settings --> Today (personal tab) --> Under select a theme for your device, and reboot the device, everything changes as its supposed to except the Dial Pad. It shows up in a pale black/gray color which looks really bad. Any comments or ideas on how I can get this fixed will be real helpful.

This is default behaviour, the dialpad must be customized separately, look for dialpad skins

I need a customised theme as attahced.
I dont need the Clock, Calender, Weather (Marked in red in attachment)
I just need the below items(Marked in blue color)
Can any one provide me such theme or can i modify my default theme in such way ??
Use M2DC customiser, you can then turn tabs on and off, and customise the home tab to not have clock etc.
Alternatively, turn off touchflo in today settings, and go back to standard today plugins - makes your device faster anyway...

yesterday evening i tried to instal HDwall (i like to change my bottom htc icons)
i download hd wall 2.8
in there was my pc program and hdwalls 0.24 for my pda
and i installed manilla mod patch 1.2 for manila 2.5.1920 (i have 2.5.19211619.0)
after this and a soft reset my hd2 was ****d up
it was SLOWWWWWWW
and al my icons with a tranparent background now had a white background
de installing did not help so it became a hard reset
questions
1 anybody had the same problems ???
2 is ther back up soft war that not only backs up your agenda and contact etc , but also yor software config ????

My fone is LG GM730 using winmo 6.1 but there is still a minor problem, whenever I apply a theme to the phone, the theme only applies to the Today Screen. There is no theme applied in the start menu.
Start menu background is always black theme. but i changed any themes
Please help me make Start menu background is transparent.
where is key of startmenu on registry ?
