I have tried everything to get my M600 to boot up but it still refuses to play ball. Just loaded Jesters AKU 2.2 and it still holds on the start up screen

Has anyone out there got any ideas on how to get this thing up and running ??
It has started up once or twice in the last 6 weeks but, as I have my SIM in another phone, I have had to switch it off to put the SIM in and quess what.... It refuses to boot again.
Please help before I throw it through a very expensive double glazed window.

First it was spl 3.8. Was having trouble but could still work with the phone. Suddenly I became flashoholic. Just the same way as I flashed 50 times before, I was flashing. It all went ok. After that I'm stuck at the splash screen. Says, Format Failed. But can get into bootloader and flash roms. But that's all. No booting business.
Guess this is the end of the road, unless there is any solutiion. Any one out there?

flashed to SPL2.20. Everything ok..
after a few flashes, only thing i get now is the bootloader screen..
i can flash ROMs, RUU tells me its successful, but PDA just restarts and goes back to bootloader
Waaah :'( I have a most similar problem I was running pdaviet 4.0.0.6 Touch for almost 2 weeks now without a single glitch.. the phone fell on my carpet and went to bootloader screen and eversince then it has never recovered I tried a hard reset it didn't work when I was pressing the send button it did nothing I did some forum searches and tried putting back the nvid RUU and it said that the update was succesfull and the progress bar on the phone moved accordingly but it went back to the bootloader screen ... then I tried pdaviet temp rom that was in the package still no go I can tell it works somehow because the USB lights up in the bottom left when I plug the usb cable and the progress bar that moves, but I'm getting desperate IPL and SPL info is in my sig...
I can go into bootloader, flash any wm5 roms without IPL SPL. But that is all. Unless we can find a way to unlock the cid and flashback the original dopod rom, we are stuck.
anyone??? I cant use my phone at all now :'( and I didn't even re-flash it... all was working fine I just DROPPED it on a CARPET no real shock and since then it's on the bootloader screen
In my oppinion you have to send it for repair... I think it's really a phisical damage...

seems to be stucked at bootloader no matter what i do..
tried every single ROM, tried reflashing radio rom, tried reflashing ipl/spl, tried every RUU available..
when u guys hard reset, does it say Format is Failed ?
ice_mouton, i'm something like you.. dropped it few weeks ago.. but it still ran fine.. upgraded to PDAVIET's 4.0.0.0.6 Touch.. had no problems for the first few days of use... suddenly it refused to reset and was stuck at vendor boot screen...

my first post, am helpless with very specific problem, tried hard all night and read many threads...
After failed rom/radio update (abborded as error 114 when starting update at 0%), device got stuck in bootloader.
Found out I can only reboot device by shortly opening and closing the battery cover. Thereafter press ON-button --> reboot --> the usual T-Mobile software installs --> automatically initiated softreset again ends up in bootloader.
Only way is to take off the batt. cover again right before T-Mobile software installation. Device then works without T-Mobile Software and ROM is accessible. But still every softreset leads to bootloader screen, also the softreset after running a SpriteBackup-File etc.
Tried every ROM-Update (and even downgrades) I could find (http://www.inntalinfo.de/apboard/thread.php?id=3373), especially "MDA compact_TMDE_11301_129_11200_Ship.exe" from t-mobile.de again and again with device nicely connected to PC via ActiveSync before. Updates never exceed 0%... --> allways error 114
Do I use rong updates or is something wrong with the softreset function?? Please, how can I solve this?

i tried to flash my prophet (after successfully done this in the past). The upgrade process got stuck on 80% and my prophet rebooted back to the three color screen (and started to reboot in cycles which stopped when i unplugged it). the upgrade utility (2.5.2) reports error 302 ("The ROM update Utility has encountered communication errors during the update process").
i have tried this several times, and it always get stuck on 80%.
PC is running XP sp3
prophet : IPL = 2.20, SPL = 2.G3
tried to flash both WM5 ROM and WM6 ROM.
does anyone have an idea how bring my prophet back to life?

prophet boot problem (The pda hangs at the splash screen not the 3-colored bootscreen.)
One day my pda crashed and I had to hard reset it (WM6 rom was on it), since then the prophet does not boot anymore.
Since I did not have the rom anymore I downloaded another WM6.1 rom that i found true xda-developpers.com.
This was rom WM6.1 Prophet_shadow_20_TE.
after this the problem was the same The PDA hangs at the splash screen.
Then i downloaded an original rom: RUU_Prophet_220734_2207114_024721_NVID.exe NVID ROM
Also after this rom update the problem stays the same.

I have read that first the IPL is launched wich launches the SPL wich should launch the OS.
If it passes the 3-colored boot screen and hangs at the splash screen, is the problem then related to IPL, SPL or os? or something else?

With every action i did the IPL/SPL and OS changed and also the splash screen changed.
But the PDA hangs every time at the splash screen.

You must have flash a WM5 Rom, WM5Rom. OK - Not a WM6 Rom. So many treads are here, and allways the same question.

Maybe, try it. In germany we have the Qtek 2.20.739 GER, NVID or the orig. O2 Rom from O2 download side. You must take your prophet in Bootlaoder Modus, then the USB cable to your PC and flash the WM5 Rom, with no ActiveSync. Afterwords look for HardSPL and than you can flash the WM6 Roms. But plz read here so many treads or teh wiki. I am lazy to answer allways the same questions.

This link doesn`t help. Brother I don`t know what you do, but this is the right way. If this is not work on your prophet, than it`s good for door stopping.

Right, i think i know what you have done... like many other here.
You did have wm5 rom on your device. You then tried to flash a wm6 rom WITHOUT hardspl you phone first...... big mistake as this has probably bricked your phone
When it starts up, is you ipl, spl, os info show up or does it hang on the 1st splash screen. I ask this because on there are 3 screens in total. 1st boot screen, 2nd shows ur info, then 3rd screen then device starts (at least i think hehe)
I have a feeling its ****ed, but let me know if you ipl info shows.

I originlly had WM6 on my device and everything was working fine, one day the pda crashed (screen was black and stayed black) the only thing i could do was do a hard reset. after this the pda hanged at the boot screen.
I don't know exactly anymore what IPL;SPL and so one was showing when booting the pda.
But after i hard reset the phone the booting got stuck on the HTC splash screen.
Next thing i tried, was to restore the RUU_Prophet_220734_2207114_024721_NVID.exe NVID ROM
after this rom was installed (no errors update went just fine)
i got a white screen with the text HTC inovation, in this screen i can see IPL adn SPL just a fraction of a second and then they dissapear

Next i get the standard blue Q-tek splash screen (with the clouds at the bottom):

Since i got my tytn ii Back on again, I still want to flash it.
But With hspl It stucks at 0%
With jumpspl It doenst work i get white screen.
With sd card it stucks at loading.
Kinda out of options now, I hope you can help me out and tell me why HSPL just dont work...
