I thought the HTC branded phones are already unlocked ??
It's the branded ones such as Vodafone, T-Mobile, Orange (SPV E650) that will be locked.

this will only let you instaal once a rom file and then you are cid locked again

i have vodafone 1615 UK and it is simlock free - my o2 card works with no problem but play mobile poland wouldnt let the device start at all freezes at red start screen. give it a try

Hi, excuse my ignorance, but will flashing a locked s710 unlock it to all networks? eg a BT s710, or Orange e650.
I'm after a Vox/s710/e650 but intend on changing the firmware to manilla2d or something.
As I'm on Orange, do I need to look for an e650 or can I buy one on any network?

no! no free simunlock out you need to bu key or try changing imei to anoter where code is known but i wouldn't do that!
