Maybe its the differences in language, but your posts all sound very demanding and may come across wrong to those of us that speak native English.
I don't know of any 1413 native chinese versions of this rom in this forum. You may want to check out one of the Chinese / Asian forums for XDA stuff and you may find one that someone has converted already.
Otherwise, check in your other thread as I posted a link for you on how you convert a rom to a different language.

Help please!
If you only need T9 in italian there are some cab's you could possibly install, if you mean the whole OS in italian I can't really help. I really think there isn't any rom around.
Original Htc european rom have also italian?
I searched and searched but only found english wm6 roms. I know how to edit the input language in dutch but I am looking for a complete Dutch WM6 rom. Does anybody know if it does exist?
I think you've to translate one yourself.
Not a lot people prefer a dutch version. (myself included)

I prefer a WWE rom.You most likely will get anwsers in English on the internet if you run into problems.

Yeah, thanks! The thing is none of them have what I need to know. What I need is to upgrade to 6.1 and at the same time change from spanish to english, so I don´t know if just flashing the ROM is all I need. Thanks!

YEs ... Flash a rom and the language its changed too... if you flash an english rom to you whatever language treo .. .it will become english interfaced

So you're saying that non of the roms has a sort of language pack, the language you can choose from.
It's not like start>settings>system>regional settings where you can choose from.
I've looked around in this forum and saw a rom cooker, it's just a thought but, is it posible to open a rom and change the language and recook it????
Cause i've exedently downloaded an "all languagepack" cause i was interested in the dutch languagepack (0413), but don't know how to install it (without cooking).
Thought you could install it like a .cab file, but not....
And me not being a chef with cooking experience....

I don't think this should be posted here as there are several topics with MIUI roms. Better to post in those topics so that people there can add language packs and everything. There are already so many roms out there making it hard to keep things organized here. But that's just my opinion...

Stock ROM with full language support? Probably not. AT&T based their phones for the USA, so options for language may stretch to Spanish, but that's about it. My current phone from T-Mo has only 6 languages to choose from, so I assume the older AT&T offering is not that different. You may be able to hack this by modifying the strings.xml files, and doing a lot of translating.
Custom on the other hand, at least recently, does support Polish (checked on my April build of CarbonROM). So if your nightly of whichever ROM you choose does not have it, maybe the developer can run a new nightly (assuming the ROM you choose is Kitkat-based).
