If you go to PROFILES individually, there is an option to "AUTOMATICALLY BLANK THE SCREEN ON CALL CONNECT". I am not sure if that is what you want though. So all I can say is try it.

lock tweak

I am looking for a lock feature that locks the phone simply when you depress the power button. I have come accross all sorts of fancy ways of locking the phone, but not this.
Can someone please point me to this tweak (if it is indeed available)
Try the Advanced Settings of Sensorlock.
Ther is a option in AdvancedConfig, to do exaxtly that

Which one and version please? Thanks
ok - installed. seems to be what I want. Thanks!
If I don't want to enable that feature in Advanced Configuration tool, is there another way to get to it? Or is there a Cab/App That I can use to lock unlock my phone? I like that ACT lets you lock the screen by pushine the power button, but sometime I just want to turn off the screen not lock it,,,

I can't seem to find this option in Advanced Config 3.3 either.
I'm sure it's probably a well known tip but I only just found it out (Got my Touch Pro yesterday) that you can hold the call end key to lock the device, which is better than nothing but I'd still rather have a way of making the power button do this too.

Search for

from the forums here and use it ;-)
Ok, another question on the topic is there a way to add a lock button to the touchflo homepage?
Full Lock???
I have this thing that is bothering me.
When I have my Fuze on my belt ( screen locked using S2U2 ) and I activate Voice Command to make a call or just answer a call using my BT Headset the phone menu will come on with a big end call button in the middle.
Without fail I would move around and nudge the phone with the right force through the case and hang up on whoever I was talking to.
Is there an option in the S2U2 or another way of locking the phone so that when the screen is locked it's really locked?
thanks!
I reflashed and now can't get my device to lock when I press the power button. The device won't lock at all, even when I hold the end key.
How did you get it to lock when you press the power button?

How to suspend device with GPS still working?

As we know, WM has its oem locker, which can turn off (suspend) the device after some time period. This unfortunetaly turns off allso gps module.
I want to turn off my device when using GPS for tracking routes (Ozi Explorer), which means turning off display, locking hw buttons, but lets GPS working.
I looking for some app, that can do "turn off my device without turning odd gps" by one of the following:
* g-sensor
* nav sensor
* 2 hw buttons combination
* power button (instead of WM "complete" turning off)
Do you know about some app which can do that?
Touchlockpro, what is great app, unfortunetaly does not support G and NAV sensors in Diamond 2). I did not find any solution yet.
What do you use for tracking route with GPS for power management?
Thanks a lot
Ozi Explorer can do this without any additional software (File - Lock) ...
You can modify your Screen with Ozi Screen Designer, and then you have every function just a click away. The purple button on the screenshot
locks the keys and turns off the screen, logging continues ...

Great!
With that setup only screen is turned off, hw keys are not locked, but as I can see there are ways to configure it. I will try Ozi Screen designer. Thanks for perfect tip.

uuups, you're right, seems to be a problem with the Screen Designer CE. The function is definitively 'Display Off and Lock', but the keys are not really locked ... at least not on the TD2 ...
Edit: Just tried it again, Screen Off & Lock doesn't Lock the keys on TD2, no matter if you use the Menu to lock or a special Box in a custom design. On the TD1 it works as it should, so there's a different way to lock the keys on the TD2.

try topaz keyboard controller, i use it and works well
I did it with Total commander!!! Thanx!!!
Is it possible for someone to make a cab for this? I've lost my own cab maker software and can't find it again.
Setting AutoDeviceLockEnable to 1 works only when you have a password set for the lock screen. I don't want to set a password, I just want to slide to unlock.
Also, this setting locks the device ANY time the backlight goes off, be it due to being left idle or pressing the power button. I only want it to lock when I press the power button, and want nothing to happen if the device just goes to sleep on its own. Is there any way to fix these with just reg edits? I don't want to install any software if it's not necessary.

WHen you use this option, your device will be locked after backlight goes off. If you just want to lock your phone after poweron try SmartLock!

Tried to get xdaShutdown v1.01 working but it appears to have exactly the same problem. I've added a post on DaveShaw's thread to see if he can offer support for the TG01, which he has suggested he may look into.

Afternoon all,
I've created a cab file which overwrites the standard PowerOffHint.exe in the windows directory with a copy of JWMD Phone Reset version 1.2b.
What this means is that when you perform a long press on the power button of your TG01 it will now load JWMD Phone Reset application, which has the added option of resetting your device.

Hi
I dont get whats the advantage of the app.
If I press the Power on/off button short-> Stand by. press it longer-> "off button" appears on the display, and if I press further on till the vibration starts->soft reset.
I got that on every rom (standard 6.1, 6,5; novembers, ffboys,...) till now.
What did i get wrong?

Hi maxmobil201,
Thanks for your post. I'll be honest I didn't know that holding the power button in for 5 seconds reset the device, however what I have done is modified the endkey3.6 English.cab and added the options of turning Bluetooth on/off, Wifi on/off, Data Connections on/off, Vibrate on/off, Screen off, Soft reset & Shutdown which will execute with a longkey press on the TG01.
All in all you've got nothing wrong per se , however some people may find the feature useful with the extra options included.
Kindest regards,

screen no longer turn off when bring it to my face?

Not sure when this occurred perhaps when I upgraded to jelly bean, but before when I brought my phone to my ear the screen would turn off as I brought it back in front the screen would pop back on again. Now it stays on and I can even press the buttons with my cheek. Any idea where this option is located? I have all my motion options turned on and I have smart stay turned on under display (I tried turning it off as well didn't make difference) thanks
go into your dialer press menu, call settings and make sure auto screen off during calls is checked.

I was able to find it, just go to your "log" screen and click on call settings then scroll till the "turn on screen during calls". I actually love this feature.
