Hi, I want to instal office mobile 2007 on my htc tytn running wm5, do I have to remove the previous version which was installed from the first time I bought this htc?
How can I remove it? Or maybe the question is how can I remove any program in windows components? (i.e: games or other accessories)
the office components live in the rom == read only memory
so it can only be altered at flashtime

I installed Microsoft Office Mobile 6.1 Update on my Elf. It needs too much RAM. I removed it by using the Software Remove Tool, but its still blocked very much RAM.

I have an HTC Touch HD with Swedish Windows Mobile 6.1. I very much want to use the PIM program called Pocket Informant. But when I try to install it, I am told that my platform is not supported
Is there any way that I can still go ahead and install it? Or is there a great chance that it will not work, even if I should not be able to install it?
I am quite annoyed that I cannot easily replace my Swedish OS license and installation with an English one, but that's another discussion....
I guess my question merely is; Is there a tweak that can be carried out, to run English Windows Mobile programs on non-English installations? I don't know Windows Mobile that well, so I have no idea whether this would actually be possible.
On Windows based PC's, this works. So I thought it might be the same on Windows Mobile devices?
Hello guys, im new here so im gonna be brief... i bought a Omnia and i was getting bored on the windows mobile 6.1 OS in my smartphone. One day i found this file i900_M2D02fix_PaS08, which was developed by xda developers. I installed it and my windows mobile 6.1 was replaced by windows mobile m2d2 with touchflow 2d(when i turn on my phone it says Samsung Custom Edition). The real issue is that i cant remove the windows mobile m2d2... i can turn off touchflow 2d by going settings - > today - > items... but i cant uninstall windows mobile m2d2, i used remove programs (from system settings) and used sk tools to remove but manila 2d doesnt show up in the list and i can remove it.
When i go to my PDA version where it should be my Omnia version is M2D2,so is there anyway to recover the original Omnia OS? or to remove manila 2D from my phone?

I face this strange error:
Can't find 'pword' (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct andthat all the required libraries are available.
for word, excel, ppt.
I havr .net 3.5 installed. Pls help me.
Prior to the recent hard reset, Off. Mobile 2010 worked like a charm.

1.解压office 2010文件夹
2.把整个Office Mobile 文件夹放到手机windows\startmemu目录下
3.把windows文件夹里的文件放到手机windows目录下
4.导入注册表 office
5.此时已经可以使用了，但excel和ppt文件的图标还没显示，建议重启一次就会完全和安装的一模一样了
I would like to update my old htc tytn II to the most recent Microsoft (or Android?) operating system. Actually it has MS Mob. 6.1 installed.
