almost ANY ROM is able to have >34 mb mem free, i did this by tweaking and cutting this and that on:

etc, etc...
Generally - it is posible on almost ANY ROM that have <8mb pp.
cache - 64 kb, unused kbds removal, driver cache minimalisation(yes yes..trueffs2-3, etc,), wise wiping out /startup, wlive removal, few 0's in registry(meh), registry deffrag, wise today configuration, today plugins removal, and you are done...

35-38 mb is not that hard to get... i think that temp camera driver removal should do the trick(PM if you want easy, reversable method - 1 .cab to do the trick - on/off).
Undoubtely - 2 mb pp is method for troubles.

short procedure:
install cab.
uninstalling it will make camera unavailable = + more mem.
install cab to make camera work again.
long(safe)procedure:
do backup of
/hklm/drivers/builtin/camera
/hklm/drivers/builtin/cameradriver
i.e. by using total commander( just copy these entries as catalogs to card or mem.
Then install cab(it needs to be used like that). You may need to wait a bit, then...
uninstall my cab from /menu start/settings/remove to reomve cam drivers, and do softreset.
To reinitialise cam you need to install that cab again(and again, wait a bit) and soft reset.

please, do backup of your default entries - in case, that my cab won't work for you.
i can make cab for you, if entries are different, than mine(i think it is universal at this point..)ones.
i think it is good method to gain 1-2 mb...

hello, i have flashed my rom recently and all is well.
I would like to change my boot image from the imate logo (that was from the rom upgrade) to the image that i previously had from my 1.06 orange rom.

The boot Images for the iMate Jam are found in one of the extended rom cabs, Default_ImateV3.33.3.0.cab. so if you can find a cab with the boot images you want, you can extract them. they are usually called splash1.nb and splash2.nb

Yeah, i have found the imate cab you are talking about, and that gives me the default blue imate logo.
I have taken a look in all the extended rom cab file on my orange rom, and there are no .nb files in them.
Would have the images been in the actual rom with out the ext rom changing them?
How would i go about extracting the two .nb files from this rom?

Get InnerCircle without buying a Snap
I have tested this on a 20282 core, but I think it should work on any WM 6.1 ROM!
It adds the new InnerCircle program from the HTC Snap.
It is like a separate Inbox for you favorite people's E-Mails!
You can add people from your normal inbox, or from within InnerCircle (Meu -> Add). It'll see all of your contact's E-Mail.addresses and all of the E-Mail-addresses of the E-Mails you have on your device!
It is not optimized for switching between landscape and portrait, because it's made for landscape! So try to not open or close the keyboard while it's running! I tried to make it working better by making 320*320 px backgrounds! I also removed the tutorial, to make the cab smaller, just don't click on it!
The program itself is English, I am just running it o a German ROM!
If you don't like it, just uninstall it!
I installed the App on my Excalibur with German ROM, but when I want to start it it says:
Can't find 'InnerCircle' (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all required libaries are available.

i think it has to be installed on internal memory and a reboot after install should be needed
I don't think I left a choice for anybody to install it to storage card, did I? It should simply install to \Windows without asking you where it should install!

No. it should not. I guess it's not running on that particular ROM then! The SYS is probably too old.
any idea how to solve that ? would be more the grateful. I tried this ROM (EnergyROM 1.0 042709 Excalibur), there the InnerCircle is working, but the ROM is buggy, so I flashed back to the old one
I don't know. I guess you need a newer SYS. You could try one of the Rose ROMs for Excalibur, but I'd say this program is not worth the hassle!

ruu is the rom update utility that you will use to flash the rom... just read the first link lol

Yes. Again, read the first link that he gave you. It's a link to the HardSPL (CID unlock.) But it only works if your SPL is at least 4.0 or higher.

RUU_Rhodium_W_Sprint_WWE_1.09.651.0_6.5_Radio_1.40 WF_NV_MFG_SPCS_1.34_0407_PRL60652_Test.exe ROM here:

This ROM is interesting, as it is quite old (Built April 9th 2009), but it's just surfacing now. This is a very beta test build of a 6.5 ROM for Sprint. The SYS build is 21210, which is pre-RTM (RTM was supposedly 21234), and is pretty buggy.
Keep in mind that this ROM has not been dumped and rebuilt like your typical custom rom. The few changes from the ROM that Mighty posted have been made by directly editing the RUU_signed.nhb file, so don't blame me for the bugs -- and this rom is buggy. It's a fun ROM to play with, but buggy nonetheless.
"So, what's the point of this ROM, if Mighty has already posted it?" you might ask.. Well the reasons are twofold:
1. The Radio in the ROM that Mighty posted is apparently not signed, so you can only flash it if you are Security unlocked (as opposed to the standard hard SPL).
2. The ROM Mighty posted is timebombed, so even if you did flash it, you wouldn't even get to the today screen before seeing a "thank you for testing..beta expired.." screen.
Anyway, here's you can get the ROM -- plus more info and screen shots:

Known Issues:
1. General buggyness likely due to early 6.5 SYS build. Freezing and stalling. Should hard reset and then soft reset after first boots.
2. ROM boots into Titanium by default, once Manila is enabled the Manila start menu is activated. The settings icon goes to the settings manila tab, but when you tap "all settings" it just goes to the connection settings. With no way to get into the general settings start menu. To disable Manila start menu, so you can get to the normal settings start menu, make the following reg edit (or use the attached reg cab here) and soft reset:
