THERE IS A NEW VERSION OF TNT WHICH IS 4.0
TNT 3.0 Series
Intro:
Because of there are many bugs with the base 15342 (i will give more details). So i used another Base Rom (the most stable one)
I don't like to release one every 3-4 days, but we have to do it up to have one of the greatest roms (i hope ). if we catch this goal; we will start releasing the same but with the newest features available, so keep around.
Many thanks to Faria and his team for the wonderful base rom (15341). really it is the best. I used it with doing every thing as usual.
If you didn't try any of TNT series before, this is the time for trying .

-Why didn't i choose 15342??
- Because of many bugs like if you have a call then recieve another without answering, this new call will counted as recieved call NOT MISSED and many of bugs more, so 15341 is better in many things.

-Remove SD card while updating.
-After updating some times you can't start touching the screen so just restart you device.
- I didnt include HTC Dialer and HTC Home because every one knows that they affect on the device performance, and if you want them just go to http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=311225 and download them.
- If you want Voice Command just go to mfrazzz thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=1301496&postcount=2.
- To enable start menu sound just download THIS file, open it, then wait for two minutes then reset your device.
- If you want to have more battery life just disable battery status, and set the backligh to power saver.
- There is no IPL, SPL, ... JUST OS.
- Radio 2.19.11 UK more stable and fewest issues.
- You MUST have an IPL and SPL at 2.xx or higher (BOTH not just one or the other).
- there are two update utilities on the zip file, one for XP and the other for Vista. But if you have Vista you have to visit this thread, then use Vista utility (Worked for me "i have Vista").
- If you want to improve A2DP; edit it by any Tweaking app like this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=291770
- If you change some thing, you have to wait for a minute before restarting to make sure the device get your changes.

- show bluetooth sender name.

- don't delete MS bluetooth, you can recive from both.

if you want to use it, you find an icon on the tray, double click on it.
note: there is a white window if you recieve just hide it then open it again.

Hey buddy i am SO EXCITED... your Roms are teh fastest and best by FAR!!!! onmly thing is i get a lot mos missed calls I am in the what can i do to improve my call quality so i can get my calls. Also What can i do to get teh regualr voice dail instead of the voice command. But yea i am dying to load this on the old Wizard... this program brought new life to my MDA was thiking of getting a wing but not anymore...

I was wondering, I dont remember what version of live messenger is on 2.0 but i wasnt able to see my online contacs. As soon as i finish flashing I will test and send you feedback ^^

I want to get the wing, but the only thing that make me stay with my mda is that I dont see that many thins for it.
talking about the missed calls, i didnt have any problems, I don't know what bug could it be.
Well I flash my device back to the oficial T-mobile room, and then back to this new version, I still get the plash screen of t-mobile (ugly) I dont know if I should get a different one, after the ispl and al that stuff I get the customiz splash you made, Nice when i finished stteing up I have on memory: Storage Total, 47.64 MB in use, 4.29 and free, 43.19 MB a little more of what you said, maybe I'm missing something I dont know. On programs 49.95 Mb, 19.28 MB, and free 30.67 MB, and after I closed actived sycn (i didnt know it was open0 i get 30.95 free memory. Something interesting is that when I put my SD card back it takes some considerable memory from 30.95 to 30.09 MB

I'll keep checking in a few
My only question is, when I restart Show I get the T-Mobile or the previous room's splash screen? or a new one? I'm talking about the 1 and 2 when the radio and all tha information is displayed.
Does anyone else see MyMoblier in programs?
I don't seem to see it.

Someone correct me if I am wrong but I do not believe the splash screen for IPL/SPL/Radio/ROM is part of the TNT 3.0 install. Whatever you had before will remain.

Also I was checking the MMS and I was not able to send one to myself like before. Also the 400kb was disable. It was before but when I used a cab file to install the t-mobile settings it changed, I'm gonna doing manually this time. I'll be back with more ^^
Some initial observations questions:
SMS addressing fixed.
TZ network change appears to be working. Will know for sure when I get back to Colorado tomorrow. Correct regedit is present to TZ change.
Had a couple of lockups 1. Changing Theme 2. Plugged phone in to charge, went back after a few minutes and it was locked up. Soft reset recover both times. Has not happpened since.
In E-mails and PIE, some text font does not look as clear as in 1.0 and 2.0. Almost looks like clear type is turned on. Anyone else seeing the same?
Adobe reader LE much better choice. Not only does it resolve the issue you mentioned but also renders on zooming much faster than the other app.
Screen capture is not on 3.0?
Couple of questions.
1. Is there a way to disable the scroll bar on the today screen?
2. One thing I miss fom SPB PP is the battery time remaining instead of %. Have look all thru iLauncher and cannot find a setting to show battery time remaining.

Issues:
BatteryStatus doesn't seem to report batter draw correctly. I would recommend using either Smartkey and OMAP - or no overclock at all!
There may / may not be issues with Java or Flash in IE. Not confirmed, or solution provided (yet).
This build has lots of packages / fixes / perks from all around the forum. When the beta is done, the release I will attempt to give credit where known / due.

I notice a strange thing. After you told me the registry setting to switch off WLAN preload, the problem that IE abnormal after 6-7 pages has gone! I tried to power cycle the device for several times and the problem does not show anymore.

A few things maybe - I keep the phone locked and powered off when not being used (keeps the screen from "coming awake" every minute or so), I don't run batterystatus, I keep beam and wifi off unless I need them, and don't have the screen brightness cranked up. Other than that, I used it as described.
Edit: also, I remove everything but WifiInit and CapNotify from the startup folder.
Using 2.5
I have been using it for two days with no problems whatsoever! Battery life is good. Device is quick and responsive. A++++ for a stable, bare bones ROM!

From what I've seen, yes - 15.2.1413. It is mUn's release and doubleOfour extracted it into his base kitchen - and heavily tweaked from there.

init_tray is for the batter icon and comm manager icon in the quick launch bar at the bottom of your screen.
The poutlook should be for kicking off the service for your outlook program - I don't use it, but even with other programs like voice speed dial, I can remove the sddaemon from startup and the program still works fine.
I'd suggest just moving them to your SD card and trying it!
thought i'd point it out, you included both PIM backup 1.9 AND SMS backup.
PIM Backup 1.9 will actually also back up your text messages for you (inbox and everything, including your outlook folders)
would save space if you removed SMS backup. unless there is a demand for it of course!

so is there consensus that SMS Backup should be ax'd? I'll pull it from the release - which will alos include the update utility!
Well, my initial comments on the 2.22 build is that while using Live, omap, smartkey, and Weather to go, the batter is taking a good beating.
I think all this extra crap just eats up juice. I'm re-evaluating their importance relative to batter life...
Otherwise, I haven't had any issues to speak of.

I don't install or set anything to write to the SD either. I figure the SD is best for things like installation files or MP3's. The programs waste enough battery power when running, why have programs accessing the SD also and draining it more?
I just cooked up an extended rom, which includes the following cabs:

i think i MIGHT have found a big problem.....i simply cant get WIFI to turn on via the comm manager....could this have anything to do with the fact that i dont have any WIFI connection available in the vicinity ?? i mean WIFI should atleast turn on shouldn't it?? otherwise great rom
try change HTCPreloadWifi to 1 (u have to SR after that)!
Or try to click it once more and it will be up.

- To enable start menu sound just download THIS file, open it, then wait for two minutes then reset your device.
- If you want to have more battery life just disable battery status, and set the backligh to power saver.
- There is no IPL, SPL, ... JUST OS.

- You MUST have an IPL and SPL at 2.xx or higher (BOTH not just one or the other).
- there are two update utilities on the zip file, one for XP and the other for Vista. But if you have Vista you have to visit this thread, then use Vista utility (Worked for me "i have Vista").
- If you want to improve A2DP; edit it by any Tweaking app like this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=291770
- If you change some thing, you have to wait for a minute before restarting to make sure the device get your changes.
- To configure your MMS settings, open SMS\MMS, Menu\New\MMS\options\mms options.

if you change the sound please please wait 2-3 minutes.
do you know why didn't save?? because you reset your device using the styles, this like holding on the power button in the PC, your current windows didn't saved. so if you want to restart your device, it is recommended to reset using any app, or with holding the power button until get a verfying window.

I had been using power button on version 1 but it just reset back to loudest setting every time

come on, i tried to put the sound loudest, then restart directly, the sound back to the loudest. tried but with waiting for 2 minutes then fixed with the newer level.

Hey guys, its been a while since i've made a posting here. Well i'm sad to inform all that i no longer have a wizard. I was working on releasing a new ROM but didn't get to finish it. I was however able to put together a "new" theme based on the new HTC Diamond. I put together alot of the new stuff floating around these forums into the same build as before. This version of SNN is UC Capable, meaning you can install cab files and load your own personal settings on the intial boot by taking advantage of the UC feature. Not sure what UC, or User Customization is all about Then click on THIS to read more about UC and how you can make it work for you.
To give you all a sample of how UC works, I have included a sample of it in the SNN Diamond rar file. The sample is located in folder (1). I included instructions on how to set it up, so make sure you click on folder (1) before clicking on folder (2) if you want to take advantage of this feature.

Recommended Cabs
Coreplayer: Substitue for Windows Media Player. It can be installed on storage card to save internal memory although installing to your device is best practice for stability.
WST Windows Service Tool: An all purpose app for the wizard. Can read and alter some device settings. Most useful for changing page pool to free up program memory space. INFO and DOWNLOAD here.
TCMP The Core Media Player: Another media player. Can play video and music. Size is smaller than Coreplayer although layout is not as "flashy".
HTC Home Customizer: Best app for customizing the HTC Home Plug-in. There are multiple themes and icons to pick from to make your phone all your own. Download from HERE.
NOTE: If your are flashing ROM with UC stuff then Coreplayer and HTC Home Plug-in customizer will not be needed.

i dont like the htc dialer...especially the smart dial on it...
if i install a cab file over and above your inbstalled dialler, it does function but very slowly...

i can make a rom specifically with that dialer if you can post the cab you used i can see if i can create an OEM folder of it and cook it into a rom. If the only thing you dont like on the HTC dialer is the smart dial you can just turn it off in menu> smart dialing options.

I haven't fixed that bug, i've really exhausted myself out trying to figure out what the problem is. It maybe the fact that i have an app included in the ROM that messes around with its playback. (It's the only conclusion i can come up with) Anyways, i dont have enough time to remove every app i included one by one nor do i have the patience to flash my phone every time just to see if my hunch is true.
I've included Windows Media Player but i removed the shortcut for it because i wouldn't want you guys being misled into thinking that the problem was fixed. Like in previous releases sometimes it plays the complete song, or times it only play the "intro" part.
You can access Windows Media player via HTC home plug-in through the "lanch music player" tab. Secondly it is located in the windows folder, just use file explorer and create a shortcut if you so please.
If anyone comes up will a solution to this issue please share your fix, you will forever beGLORIFIED for being the best trouble shooter in the world because i've pretty much given up hope for a possible fix.

Use Hbutton, you can configure every single hard key to launch multiple applications. I have button 4 hold mapped to launch 5 different applications and there isn't any limit to how many apps you can use. I also have "cycle" and "notify on first" enabled for sequence to start over again once the last app is shown.
Once you load and save your settings go to the buttons menu in settings and open and close it to enable HButton.

Small Issues
Hi. Great ROM! Couple of issues i was hoping to get your help with:
1) The clock is stuck in 24h mode (no am, pm). Can't change it through local settings.
2) Wifi does not auomatically reconnect to a previous network after enabling wifi. Have to manually go and say connect to this one.
3) I can't get MS Voice Command to work through my BT headset. Pressing the button on the headset gets me to the dialer and nothing else. I read all the forums, tried all the registry hacks, etc. and still nothing.
Thanks again and hopefully i can get some help with these issues.

lol, i wont stop cooking roms i'm just gonna slow down a bit. I think i should let a rom stay out for a bit so that all issues are brought into light and then i can correct them in a future release.
I'm actually waiting for my 8525 HTC Hermes to come so until then i'm working on the wizard.

1) By local settings you mean regional settings right? I dont have this issue on my device and i am able to get 12hr time via regional settings and selecting the first option. I recall that another person that flashed a pervious ROM of mine had that same issue and his fix was to flash back to his carriers orignal rom then back to mine.
2) I didn't mess around with the wifi at all, so maybe this is a minor "bug" i just wasn't aware off. If others that use this ROM can verify if the same happens to them PLEASE write about it or if you dont have any issues.
3) That's foreign territory for me, i know i'm probably the last guy on the face of earth that doesn't use bluetooth but i don't think walking around with an earpiece is for me. I can look into finding a solution for you thou, i will keep an eye out for anything useful on these forums and point them out here.
And finally thanks for running my ROM. Your one of the first 200 that downloaded my ROM.
Checking it out for a couple of hours now......
Fixed several minor bugs from the 3.0 edition....improved an already awesome ROM.
I am definitely keeping this ROM on my Wizard for a good while, at least until I get another PDA....ill probably get Hermes or another Wizard that is not as old as my present one...my trusty Wizard will be 2 years old next month.

Just a small update. Fixed the clock issue. Reason --> my own lack of attention. Basically, in regional settings, under the Time tab, the drop down for the display format is only 2 lines high. As a result, i didn't realize to scroll up and down. After scrolling up to the first entry, i picked the am/pm format and all is well.
Voice command through bluetooth is my biggest issue now. I agree that walking around with a headset is not as cool as some think However, up here in Montreal, you can only talk on the headset while driving or get a big ticket....so i need it working.

Keyboardfix for non WING user
Question: There is no Networkwizard?
Answer: I deleted cause it "eats" 1,6MB store....Install networkwizard.cab or put in manually

Answer: Sometimes BS disappear on today. TO solve - go to START-settings-today-items-batterystatus AND selet "Options" then OK

Answer: No it does not freeze. JUST tap OK-button instead of redbutton and all is fine

What a good rom and of course a good cook. Everything looks great. This is the first rom that integrated everything so well, and the speed is good too. I tried many roms, sometimes it hard to keep balance between the "good look" and "good speed". However, I have a noob question. I believe this rom uses ultimate launcher and it is a pay ware. What will happen if I keep using the unregistered version? will the cube at the bottom dissapear or something? Thanks

Well since I was speaking to papa about the memory size I realized I had a second wing here to play with . Lets test the memory on a wing with no sd card and no sim card ......

OF course - RAM will go down even if you plug an USB cable to reload the phone...casue ACTIVE SYNC is started in background!!!!!!!!!!!
That´s my problem with iGO...if i am in my car or bike...IF you put an USB-Cable (not wallcharger) Activesync starts and you loose 1,5MB RAM!!!!
That´s not strange - that is Microsoft!

Ok I understand that ... Microgarbage always has issues .... But it dropped a lot more , that is way more than 1.5MB ... Maybe I never noticed or never looked but havent seen such a drop before in a rom ....

Okay after a little experimentation with ThrottleLauncher and a backup, and now another fresh start with this rom, here comes my review on papas new rom. First of all great work and many thanks to papa for cooking up a great rom, time and hard work ( away from traveling the mountains on the new bike, and teaching ) to create something for us flash-a-holics.
Not much has changed from the RC5 series ( THE BUILD IS WHAT MAKES THE BIG DIFFERENCE FROM THE RC5.3). But it is still great work, very fast - really don’t have to overclock it. But lets cut to the chase and break it down..
After initial flash:

But the Program ram changes as time goes by… Ive had it as high as 28.14 available… then dropped to 27.xxmb available with no apps installed.
Same programs included in the rom that were included in the RC5 series, so im not gonna list them.
Plus I had plenty of time to play with this rom all day ( but I had throttle launcher installed and running - my review is based on the rom without throttle launcher - but will list the performance of it at the end of this review for those interested )
Included apps for everyday usage ( that I use everyday ) functionality.
ACTIVESYNC - Works great no problems just make sure you set up the Connections Setttings first.
Battery - Very strong lasted me the whole day at work. Only hooked it up to the charger for about an hour for the ride home from work.
Connection Settings ( Network Wizard ) - Not included in this rom, but recommended to set up your network or you can fill in your own carriers settings in connections.
Contacts - Icontacts is cooked into the rom but is not set up for the soft key but you can always assign it.
Calendar - its there what do you expect - but today agenda is also on the home screen in the tab for UL so you have you upcoming appointments right there for you.
Camera - Works great no issues.
Dial pad - works great, good old papas theme keys.
Messaging - works great out the box, threaded sms works, MMS WORKS - NO HACK NEEDED.
Bluetooth - Works great, easy to ocnnect to device.
Weather - Set it up with Battery status ( edit the .xml see first post on how to do it )
WiFi - Not tested ( I don’t use ).
Internet - works enough said.
Games - GET YOUR OWN GAMES - PAPA DON’T PLAY NO GAMES!!!!…
Office - its there so use it, no issues with it.
Internet Sharing - ( not Tested - I have total internet )
Media Player -
Windows Media Player - black skin and works great.
HTC audio manager - Black theme - and works great.
TCMCP - Works great.

After installing my apps and UNINSTALLING NETWORK WIZARD program ram went to about 25.00mbs after soft reset…
Then drops to about 20.xx mb
Then drops again after sliding the keyboard out a couple of times to 16.3mb ( while plugged up to pc )
Doing another soft reset as I type this without it plugged up to the pc @ 25.xxmb again. So there might be a leak somewhere - but I will do a back up with all my stuff installed and run the rom bare just to see how the memory performs, cause I know some apps and programs can cause a conflict in the memory like MS voice command.
Overall this is a great rom, really no need for overclocking - even though I do it as a reflex once I get my wing set up - but I have been using the dynamic overclock feature of battery status. Papa really put in a lot of work on this rom, no bugs that I can find yet but will continue testing over the next few days.
NOW HERE IS MY BREIF REVIEW OF RC6 - AFTER SELF INSTALLING THROTTLE LAUNCHER
* for those that want to use it.
I installed throttle launcher 9.3 beta just to see how it works before installing all the apps that I usually use when flashing, and after doing the minor setup changes that thottle launcher requires ( put the zip for the weather and a couple of settings modifications ), also had to disable UL and battery status today plug in( still trying to figure out how to keep the battery status top bar showing at all times ) it was a green light. Throttle launcher runs real good on this rom but there were a few issues that I ran into while using it all day. The sliding sounds / refresh feature that is in this rom causes a lot of memory to taken up mixed with the amount of ram required for throttle launcher to run. I was probably at 15mb all day free and 20mb of ram to start with on reboot. Throttle launcher worked pretty fast especially with the device overclocked. Its not a bad thing about using throttle launcher cause it also had the black theme that I liked so It looked real good . I did have throttle launcher freeze up a few times on the screen but you can still navigate to the settings tab and reload throttle and it fixes the issue.
THIS PART OF THE REVIEW IS ONLY FOR THOSE THAT WANT TO CHANGE THE TODAY SCREEN SETUP TO THROTTLE LAUNCHER - I AM NOT PROMOTING IT - BUT I GET pm’s ABOUT OTHER SET UPS ON TOP OF PAPAS ROM !!!!

Im not seeing a mem leak. I have made a clean rom out of this great rom. Removed all extra software and reg entries. I have installed spb, icontact
V0.6, opera and thumbcal. I started with 24mb of ram today and i have 24 mb ram right now without a soft reset. I can do a backup and reload defaults and see if i see mem leak but I never noticed one.

Hi Trib, great job, I have tried for 2 days and I think I will stay with this rom, first time I change Titanium, I tried your other flavors but allways prefered Titamium till now...
Still having problems with Opera 10, but no problems with ie.
Request: Can you cook this rom with no Office, Games, and other not required programs but keep the icons so I can install those programs in the SD card and edit the icons to run them from there?? I will appreciate that as I running out of memory to fast...

I made it nice and light and you'll have about 25MB of program memory free after closing out excess apps and running oxios. I set my oxios to button 4 so I can easily clear up memory.
To all those of whom just downloaded the SD version of my iTrib ROM set:
Please re-download the ROMs and re-flash ^>^
I realized I did not cook all the necessary files into the control panel; I took out several packages in attempting to make the ROMs lighter but in the end it made the camera not function.
Still errors in Wing version...
Thank you for fixing the camera for the SD version...however, there are still some issues
In both RUU & SD versions:
- Can't power off phone when holding down power button (or pressing power icon in iPhone Today screen)
- WiFi Icon in iPhone Today not responsive
In SD version only:
- Bluetooth not recognized at all (Says "There is no Bluetooth hardware installed on this device") I have a stereo bluetooth headset that I always use. Gotta have
bluetooth working, man
Been using the RUU version, but need more program memory. I was able to get Opera Mobile 10.2 working just fine on the phone, but need the extra program memory that the SD install provides

should that be in the Rom ?? because i have a big blue taskbar on the bottom (same as Titanium) (ugly blue combination with iphonetoday)

if not how do i change it

Hi Ruggie0, about the power button, this is not an issue from this ROM but a WM 6.5 issues as you will get with any ROM with 6.5 O.S.
Now about the WiFi problem, you must turn on the WiFi in the comm manager and then you will have the button working from the today screen icon.
Not clue about the BT problem.

Thanks, Saludos. Glad it's not that particular rom's fault for most of those issues. I just REALLY want that Bluetooth working . Funny thing is that it's only in the SD install, not the RUU version. I get Bluetooth just fine in the RUU version (and only about 10 mb - 12 mb program memory w/ that).
Now, I'm using a 2gb micro SD card (NON-SDHC, per what has been stated on SD HARD-SPLd installs), and it's formated properly.....or should I partition the card down to 1gb?

Unfortunately, this is not an error from my cooking ^>^. You see, our devices were only meant to of used the 6.1 nk and WM 6.1 builds so our devices won't power down by the power button anymore. You can, however, look for apps that power down the device in its stead.

First, you have to go into the commanager, then activate the wifi, then youll be able to use the wifi button

This actually isn't me, nor, my phone in the video. Basically, you can set the apps installed on the device to be icons as well on the today page. If you download my iTrib package, there you will find the icon injection pack, where you can find all sorts of icons for the various apps that WM utilizes.

Yeah, if ya could make a .cab file, that would be awesome. Unfortunately, I've now run across a new problem. MY ANTENNA IS SCREWED UP!!!!

i like this rom just bought my wife the wing today and was wondering if any of you lnow where i can get detailed steps to rooting the wing and installing the rom...thnx in advance
First HardSPL; there is a link to download the HardSPL folder at the top of every thread of mine.
There is also directions in the folder on how to HardSPL.
Then, download my Rom. If it is an RUU version run the RomUpdateUtility.exe while the phone is running and if it is an SD version then you can find directions in the third post.
Then follow the rest of the thread.

first this ROM is awesome! The only problem I got is that I've got a german Phone and therefore a QWERTZ Keyboard. It's a little bit annoing not to know where my keys are. I'm fine with english but is there a possibility to get the Keyboard switched to german? I tried to change some settings but it worked only for the Screenkeyboard.

I apologize, the only way to "Germanize" your device is with the onscreen keyboard.

S2U2 is a slide-to-unlock app that will lock your devices screen.
after 1 week of struggle with my phone i soem how managed to solve all problem, and from past two days i am using thsi rom.. just one this to say!! its really awesome... great rom dude... i have small sugestion.. is it possible for u to remove some programs to increase speed?? also the contact menu is looking real ugly.. anyway to change its look?? i will really be happy if u provide me a solution and also when i click rotate it rotates screen then hangs up..
edit: am looking for a faster rom which has all basic functionality of OS.. means everything except some unwanted software like ie etc... am looking such with this rom with soem good contact page.... it would be really awesome..
edit 2: can u integrate win7 type of icons as these icons doesnt look good when compared to win7 icons... getting greedy... hope ul feed me..

Actually this is all things that you can change.
First, flash the SD version if you haven't already. This will ensure the lightest possible for you.
Next, go into My Device//Program Files and take out anything you don't need frpm here.
Next, place any icons you find in My Device//Program Files//Iphonetoday//icons
Just search XDA's themes thread for Wondows Phone 7 icons.
