hi there. my xda neo has a little problem. a friend meddled with it, and now when i start it it says "no language dat file" and it can go just into standby or restet from the small button . can you please help me?
and i don`t know how to reset it either. thanks for a quick answer.

need help for my O2 XDA IIi , this is a 2nd hand pda i bought recently. My pda show that i am connected to my home wireless , but when i launch internet explorer , there is a msg promptin me "Unable to connect: you have no modem entries created, and no network card present." Pls help this is the first time i am using a pda. Searched , and googled but still couldn't find the answers. PDA experts , pls help me , thanks in advanced

Don't know if it will work but it used to.
Do a hard reset and then when it pops up with the message "applying customisation in 3 secs" or similar do a soft reset.
Remember that not only does this stop the O2 customisation, it may also stop any other apps installing on customisation.
Flash a custom rom.

So from what I understand:
You took an update
Going good early on (no bootloops)
You get to language selection...
...but it's not going beyond that.
Since there was an implied factory reset done for step three to appear, I want to believe that a custom ROM was installed. If that's the case, try re-wipe and re-flash. If this is stock, try another factory reset.

Hello evryone, i have that xperia and dont know what happend . I put it on charger and let it for 2,3 hours after i pressed power button it vibrated once and nothing else happend, so i dont know what to do and i hope someone know solution for this, thanks and sorry for bad english.

If you didn`t do anything that you can remember like rooting / flashing something then take in consideration that maybe the battery itself can be dead
As it is removable , tray to take it off for a while or even replace it

Hello and welcome to xda-assist,
If you didn't do any software modifications before the failure I would assume a hardware issue, maybe the motherboard but hard to say without further diagnosis..
Check if it's recognized by a PC, you can use Sony's own flashtool "PC companion" and reinstall the firmware.
