Arabizer cabs for Magneto

Guys i created these cabs for arabizer to be installed on wm5
Plz Check them out and tell me if they are working fine
i tried them on himalaya with windows mobile 2005
dunno yet if they work on BA

I forgot to tell you guys about them :
u can only install them at ur own risk
if they don't work you might have to hard reset your device
basically imaginet arabizer suite comes with 5 cabs
2 for enabeling arabic
1 dictionary
1 prayer times
1 Hijri calendar
i only posted the 1st 3 : no prayer times or hijri calendar because they are still causing a conflict with gwes.exe (reporting errors)

Just checked
they do not work on Blue Angel

please read the comment in the rar file
If You Want to install prayer times and hijri calender you can disable error reporting
the errors will not be noticed but they will still be there

First I thought it was a problem of certification , but later after installing 1.60c which solve the problem of certification, the problem seems to be there,Hope to found any solution for that

The question remains, the arabizer worked on your device?

The arabizer has been tested on Amal's device and its working!
He doesn't have the "C" version installed on his device. Just to mention that the caps letters are considered as shouting, so kindly, I'm asking you to turn off the caps

Sorry for that, I didn't intend to do that ,Thank you for this new idea,again i appologize for that

I'm really glad that you're contributing with us; I assume Amal will flash the 1.60C and makes more tests.
I suppose you're going to help, fresh ideas and tries are always welcomed here, that’s why we all love this forum :wink:
Pls lets us know the updates, might help us to solve other matters as well.

The jasjar arabizer will not work yet on himalaya , i'll be working on that but nothing to promise
about the Second
Man are you speaking about jasjar cabs or about the cabs that i posted ?
the link you provided is for a rar archive that is password protected
please download the cabs i posted and try them on your himalaya

I have installed the cabs as you mentiond and found the following:
1- English-Arabic-Dict.CAB des not work, and I was able to install another cab. I found.
2-The letters in arabic reading left also each letter is far than the other.
as: ش ك ر ا
if you where able to fix them pls. let me know.

i will first answer nb 2
if u noticed there are 2 cabs for arabic : arabic reader.cab and arabizer .cab the first will install arabic fonts and character support the second will enable right to left character display (that is arabizing)
Enabling right to left is made by a program that should run on startup if u installed the arabizer.cab ; but sometimes it gives an error message "failed to initialize" : no big deal just go to start->programs->imaginet-> enable arabizer now
then enjoy arabizer
by the way this arabizer will not work on BlueAngel (imate pda2k) devices yet
one more thing :
something that happened with a friend of mine , do not disable arabizer from control panel
if you try to disable arabizer from the control panel you will not be able to let it be automatically enable unless you copy the shortcut "enable arabizer now.lnk" from "\windows\start menu\programs\imaginet\" to
"\windows\startUp\"
about nb 1
since arabizer is not working all imaginet program like dictionarry stop to work
i would please like to know if this solved your problem

I´ve got WM6 MB and after hardreset I installed "hadesgermanlanguagepack" and it works. German wrodsuggest, ä,ö,ü by pressing symbol....

issuses with this cab?

It set all registry hacks and everything, so you get german keyboard, german sym and wordsuggest. i´ve been running it on every wm6 rom (orwell, underground, mb and now faria) it works, no issus. Just fine, for me. But you can also change everything manually and put in only sym.txt but hten you have no wordsuggest.

hope that in april will came out a full wm6 german rom

I am not sure if you can read SMS in Arabic. All I know for sure is I can type them.
I just tried sending me a message in Arabic and it worked but didn't work when I used Google SMS.

Flashed this ROM last Friday, and haven't experienced any issues w/ it so far. It gives you an option to not install the Arabic packages, but also lets you know that if you do install them they can be disabled later on.
The best thing about this ROM vs the dopod one is the system font isn't abnormally large.

Also have not ran into the problem of continuous resetting like I did with the older ROM.

I would say yes but it depends who is your service provider. I am in the US and I use at&t. If I send a arabic sms to somebody, they can read it assuming they have arabic support as well. When I sent it to a person in t-mobile, it came out gibberish.

I have my vox sim and cid unlocked. How can I upgrade radio only? I don't want to lose my polish rom version but I would like to have the latest radio version. How can I do that

I have install it and when it asked me about arabian i sad NO!! but i cannot write nothing becouse i have some kind of square in place of letters. When i install polish lang pack the letter appear but the "fn" and "caps" button doesn't work. why??

I had the same problem, it the requirement to change t9 language should be in a readme file with the ROM

i'm usinf the tnt rom, very good and stable
but since 1 week i don't know why..when i'm writing a new sms, i dont have the list to suggest me the contact name
To : xxxx (normaly you have the end of the contact name that appear...)
do you know how i can change that?

You are probably using the normal keyboard (or the Hardware one) and have xT9 enabled.
You need to Disable xT9. Either using a CAB (search for it ) or there is an option in Kaiser Tweak.

I've extracted hebrew from the newpan update rom (there is links n the bottom: http://newpan.co.il/Index.asp?ArticleID=1750&CategoryID=408&Page=1), it also works with wm 6.1

I have cellcom phone, so I'm installing MUI.cab (works with wm6.1) and after that EYRON_cellcom.CAB,
I think, that second file contains Cellcome phones IMEI ranges for registration....
P.S. Most of time i don't use in this cabs... It's slow down my phone, so i'm using in utf-8 fonts for read hebrew messages (left to right direction), and if I need to write, I can use in resco keyboard.....

Stuck at 63%
Hi
I may be missing something, but when I try to flash to this ROM I always get stuck at 63%. I only have this problem with certain ROMs, others work fine.
Anyone knows why?
