I mean you can get to know with the video button on the dial pad in case umts card is not there.

Just flashed all the WM6 roms, none is working correctly
the PDAVIET 2.20.06 doesn't work with my headset. Ppl can't hear me and I can hear them. Read this problem a number of times in the Darkforce thread.
Darkforce rom is locking up a lot.
helmi WM6 1.1 is also not working perfectly
afraid its back to wm5 3.5 aku
unless this rom is better

Have you considered the hex edit to let this work with Blackberry and goodlink. With the recent Rim ver 4 Client even data over 3g to the MDS service could work.

You will see that it looks like the New rom WM6 Mysterious of Prophet built for wizrad G3 posted by musungus77 on this forum bcoz I used some interfaces in Mysterious v1.0 for Prophet as I said above, use it and compare it....... Thanks to Cloudyfa and all of his friends for creating such a beautiful interface. I also use the image "transforming" from Transformer 1.1 for Prophet, thank you.

Who is putting Spb Alt Tab in their roms [EDIT: Oops, I didn't read that in the first post. Apparently this is SPB AltTab in here (or the author doesn't know what he put in)]? If they are, then no, that is not legal (but then you get into the whole thing about how "legal" is it to run WM6 on the Wizard ) Some of the older WM5 roms had non-free software in them but they didn't have keys. So you had the benefit of having a cooked version of a paid app in the rom IF you have the key.
In XM6r3 (and most other roms I've seen) they are using PHM AltTab which is free.

Not to nitpick, but how about some credit to where you got this base rom? Also helps others to determine which base this is as there are a couple of different versions floating around, and some have rebased XIP and others don't. Also can give an indication as to what is known to work or not work when we know where it came from.

You go into Regional Settings and make the change under date tab.

You just change the format of the short date to a long date format. You will, of course, have problems using File Explorer and any of the directory listing software that uses the system short date, because there is only room to see the first few charaters so you won't know what date a file was created on.

I tried it and liked it but the issue that I had with the ROM is I could not be on a call and switch to another call. My phone would hang up and I would lose both calls.

Well, I guess there are more people like me, who archive things. I download a lot of ROMs, burn on CD, but use only a few of them...
I think I have downloaded yours, but did not use it (being now with TNT ROMs).

Trying to get back in it
I have tried several variants of the 4.2 in builds for different devices and have encountered bugs in all of them. So until I am able to have hands on with a windows mobile device to troubleshoot it I figured it would be better to resort to a build that was native to the kaiser that I know works.

I don't know anyone that actually uses voip so I was unable to test this feature. You can install a voip cab that is floating around the forum which should fix this for you.

Been running Dutty's TouchFlo Beta 2 Tilt Version.
Going to see how this compares. Will let you know. Do you know what Radio version I might need to run to get this working.

The latest from teh AT&T ROM will not work, you will have to downgrade prior to flashing.

Love your ROM.... I have a prob with your ROM when trying to use Favorite People to call. Nothing happens, and it sometime freezes. Everything else seem to work excellent.

My phone / coverage area does not seem to like the 1.58.26.20 radio however...so I will be changing that right away.

Installed this ROM for a while...
and I must say I am very impressed. Has a lot of nice features and is very very fast. I didn't have any issues with it. Great job my man...very nice indeed
The only thing I would change is have the Network Configuration Wizard pop up on 1st boot. Not that it's a big issue for me but that a lot of users might have problems on first boot

alltheway - I will look in to the camera. I pretty much tried to keeo it simple and not to many frills and fluf to slow things down.
As for the Net Config Wizzard, How does one go about getting it to pop on the first boot ? I used it straight from Alex's packages.
Why I have your attention can you explain why it shows the 1.60.00.00 on boot and how to correct it ?

Not sure.
It was in Alex's packages adn I own a copy so I use it.
You do have to have a code to make it functional though
I guess I could leave it out for the general population next time.

I don't think there is anything wrong with putting trail software into a ROM. In fact I think this actually benifits the companies as a whole. If you like and use the software as much and deem is necessary to have then you purchase it.
I'm not sure how you would make the Network Configuration come up on first boot. I notice that when I did install it did not bring me to the normal installation packages like installing a .tsk home screen and that nature. I did a reboot and then the network configuration came up without any issues.
I am also not sure what it's coming up as 1.60.00.00

I wouldn't understand why it would still show 1.60.00.00
I know that with Build 5.2.19716 The Rom is trully a 1.60.00.00
I don't know why yours would be showing this. I know that Sleuth255 changes his to a custom number like his name and then the number. I would perhaps ask him how this could be accomplished....sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Hi! I installed your rom but decised I liked Duttys better (no pun intended) but I can't seem to get rid of the enitial silver screen with the rom version info. How do I go about removing this?
