SPB Plus-updated version
Internet/Browsers:
Opera 8.60-with google search engine, not yahoo.
Picsel Browser- Pros: good pdf viewer and other docs. Good internet browser.
Cons: No download agent to download files of any type.
Hubdog- I've added windows mobile news to the list of RSS channels, check it out.
Midlet Manager:
opera mini- just good to have a back-up browser.
Gmail- for my goolge mail account.
Google maps- supports gps
Browser homepage:
Pocket IE- I use http://www.pdahomepage.com. This is the best home page i've tried so far. The best feature of this home page is you have access to a wide variety of .cab files that are updated weekly. Theres a list of pda forums on there, software downloads, pda site directory, pda tech support, pda tips and how to's, news, weather, sports, travel, religion, online tv, youtube mobile ( which is M-Tube) for pda streaming videos, and the list goes on-and-on. Check it out. To use go to your pocket pc browser and type the url in the address bar. Then go to menu/tools/options. Under homepage click Use Current. Now you can download .cab files with your PDA.

Good Applications but There Is a Problem
Here are excellent applications:
-Browsers: WinWap & Opera;
-Maps: Map24;
-Calculator: OneCalc;
-E-mail client: QMail.
-Alarm: AlarmClock.
...But there is a problem: all those worked perfectly under WM5 (I was running Risidoro's ROM) but here is what happens under WM6 (I'm running WM6 NTS edition): they do run fine initially but after a soft reset, they fail to start.
Did anybody notice that problem? Does anybody have a solution?
A (possibly) important detail: I'm installing my applications on an SD card.
Other great applications (they worked fine under WM5 but I'm reluctant to install them under WM6 until there is a solution to the above problem);
-Skype;
-Google maps.
I forgot to add two great applications that work just fine even after resets:
-PCController;
-Metro.
Metro is installed on an SD card and yet works fine after resets. So, the reset problem seems to be associated with many but not all applications.

You don't need a app-by-app equivalent breakdown do you? Just try out android and see for yourself. Most of those apps will have an equivalent already built in. Some, you will need to go to the market for. You're gonna like the way it looks, I guarantee it.
Have you considered an HD2? You can dual boot WM 6.5 and Android.
