at imate site
and some of the asian providers have a wm6 but in chinese
some others at ebay are selling jaq3 with wm6 from unknown source probably directly flashed from factory
you can try the ubiquio wm6 update it is almost the same as jaq3 at your own risk
officially the best source will be clubimate support section roms subsection

no such thing exists.
hp never made any rom upgrades for rx5700 series iPAQs.
There are no base ROM for cooks to use nor there is no upgrade software.
