Headset not reconnecting - P3600 Accessories

I synced my Plantronics 590 to my P3600, but if I turn bluetooth off and on again on the phone, they won't pair up again (the music plays through the phone's speaker). Suggestions?
Also, the icon at the top of the screen disappears if I turn the phone off and on again, even though the connection works. Why is this?

I see that I'm not very clear.
The wireless stereo does not reconnect.
The handsfree does reconnect.
Why?

I'm having the same problem. What to do??

Wen you turn on your stereo bluetooth headset you must push the same button once again. Wait for 3-5 sec for the reconnecting sound.

Thank you. It works.

Bluetooth HF disconnecting during a call, although BT stays on

Please help! I tried to search for an answer to my problem, but while it seems there have been issues aplenty with WM and BT, I couldn't find a similar case.
So, how it goes: I have my Sony Ericsson HBH-DS980 Bluetooth stereo headset connected to my TP, when I receive a call. I pick up the call with the headset, and everything goes smoothly for a couple of minutes, but then suddenly I can't hear anything from the earplugs. I check the phone, and it shows that BT is on, but doesn't have the icon indicating that a headset is connected. I check my headset, and it's powered up. The call has been transferred to the phone. I restart my headset, and the TP discovers the headset, after which I can redirect the call to the headset. After a few minutes it all happens again!
It's extremely frustrating! Can anyone help, please?
I'm using standard 1.90.401.1 WWE ROM.

Permanent connection to a bluetooth headset

Hi all,
I have HP iPAQ 514 with TomTom 7 installed on it, my goal is to hear all the TT's voice instructions through my bluetooth headset.
I've experimented with several settings as my headset is A2DP enabled, the result is that my phone is not fast enough to run TomTom and encode A2DP at the same time, so in the bluetooth settings of the phone I've unchecked Wireless Stereo and left only Hands Free checked for my headset.
Through standard hands-free profile it works, but with lags, i.e. I hear about 1-2 seconds sound from the phone speaker, then it's switched to my headset. Sometimes, if an instruction is too short, it switches even after playing it, so I don't hear anything. After a few seconds of inactivity, it switches back to "standby" mode.
I've found out I need to keep the connection between phone and headset "alive" to get rid of those lags - e.g. by playing music in the background, then there are no lags as the connection is active. But playing some sound (even playing "silence" just to force permanent connection) means extra load for the processor and the memory, and is very unpleasant. Is there any other way to keep my phone permanently connected with my bluetooth headset, not in just lag causing "on-demand" mode?
Thanks a lot.

Bluetooth Sound but no Mic

I have a bluetooth headset (Jawbone Era) as well as a JVC car head-unit which connects by Bluetooth.
I've used both successfully with my GS3 in the past, but right now, although I can get incoming audio on both (as well as media playback), but on both, nobody can hear me talking. I've tried unpairing and re-pairing the bluetooth and head-unit headsets, but I still have audio in, not audio out.
I'm bone stock, not even rooted. Any suggestions?
I got it working, I just had to unpair ALL devices on both sides, turn off bluetooth, restart the phone, then finally turn bluetooth on and set everything up again.

Auto switching to Bluetooth using aux in car. N one more issue.

OK, so I've noticed since I bought my phone that while I'm driving to work, with the bluetooth on on my headset, and when I plug in the Aux 3.5mm cable into the phone, the music transfers to the Car Audio system like it's supposed to. Keep in mind I just bought my Nexus 5 last week. While into my drive (10 to 15 minutes), all of a sudden the music stops playing in the car and switches automatically back to the headset. What's causing this? Anyone experience the same issue? I know I can turn off my bluetooth headset, but if I get a call, I want to able to answer it quickly. I'm currently using the A2DP Plantronics M50.
Another issue not in the subject because I was cut off from the character limit:
How come when I have bluetooth turned on and answer the phone physically on the phone by swiping the call answer icon to the right, the audio automatically defaults to the bluetooth headset. Why? It should route the audio to the phones earpiece, not the bluetooth. If I wanted to answer with bluetooth, I would press the bluetooth answer button. This happened on my Nexus 4 as well.
Anyone with info please?
I have the same issue. Oh wait, i'm the OP...

Please help N5 Bluetooth issues compared to line-out.

I've tried posting something similar to this without any responses, so please don't bump this thread.
I need to see if anyone has this problem. My n4 did not have this issue.
Shouldn't the 3.5mm line out take precedence over a Bluetooth headset? When I have my bt headset turned on and connected, sometimes I want to play something at home or in my car that requires the line out. Once I plug the 3.5mm jack into the phone, the music starts playing in the cars aux radio even with Bluetooth on. I can be listening to music in my headset but once that cable is plugged in, it auto switches to line out.
The problem is that after anywhere from 5 seconds to 5 minutes, the music will re route back to the headset taking over the line out while line out was still playing.
Sometimes I will reconnect the 3.5 cable and it will re route to that but like I said it will eventually route back to the bt headset, so the music stops playing in the car radio, but I'll pick up my bt headset and hear it routed back to that again. Driving me crazy!!
Can anyone please replicate this? It doesn't need to be the line out going to another receiver, so u can even try plugging in headphones but make sure you are paired to an a2dp Bluetooth headset first. Within a few minutes, as long as there isn't anything wrong with my phone, you should get the same problem.
So what I've been doing is turning off the bt on my headset while using line out but it's annoying when I get another call because I have to quickly turn on the headset, wait for it to connect, and then answer the call. Like I said the nexus 4 did not have this problem.
Please help.
