i have a qtek 8300 and it is dead after a opdate i think that bootloader is ****t up is there some one there can help me.. can man install a new bootloader or is there a way to get it alive

When I had my Qtek Itried to get this too. Qtek were no help at all and other forums also didn't provide any help.
i tried to insttual jam rom on qtek s100 when i tried to edit jam rom by Editrom2003 program the jam rom ask me about password
