Their only location is in Rotterdam; take the train from Amsterdam Central Station and then take a cab from Rotterdam Central Station.
Bring Euros -- if you're picking it up in person, they only accept Euros or a Dutch debit card (pinnen). Credit cards are only usable on their web site, and you can't pick up a web site shipment in the store (they come out of a different warehouse location).
Good luck, and make sure you get everything listed in the Web site special (€40 more gets you a 1GB microSD card).

I WANT TO LEARN THE PRICE OF SIM FREE XDA NEO IN O2 SHOP

Next week I will be visiting Berlin for businness purposes. I want to buy a SIM Free XDA NEO from O2 shop, but I have no idea about the price. I need help of German members for price information.
Also is it possible to find i-mate JAMIN in Germany (not in internet shops, but on street stores) ?
Cheers.
Hello,
in German i don't see the Jamin on StreetShops. I see the XDA Neo and the Qtek s200. The price is between 400 and 500 Euro. But i don't live in Berlin. This is a big city and perhaps the choice can be bigger.
Wish you nice holiday in germany 8)
Thank you for the quick reply and thank you for the good wishes. I wish you success in the world cup.
I bought it last month via the internet at 400 euro,
but I didn't order it by myself. A friend of mine in German bought it for me and when I arrived there, the shop send it to my hotel directly.
I just pay cash for it at the reservation desk and got my NEO!!!
395 euros is about the best price for ready stock SIM-free Neos from Internet shops like gethandy.de Considering that you can reclaim the 16% German sales tax when you leave the country you can have the Neo shipped to you in Berlin overnight, and still get a great price you won´t find in any shop.
hmm ... try getting it online. it will only cost you around 360-380€. it won't get over it.
if you try it on shop with sim free.. they will charge you at least around 450 euro if i am not wrong.
I got mine at ebay for 330€, new and with 2 Years of support from o2 !
So maybe it is worth it to look at ebay.de - Many people ship all across europe !

Cheapest way to get a Orbit 2 in germany?

Does anybody know a less expensive way to get an Orbit 2 in Germany?
eBay-Anbieter
If you just throw away the sim-card and do not forget to cancel the contract it will cost you 189€+240€(24x10€ for the Genion S)=429€.
get TC from O2 online shop
And how about O2 online shop? I am newbie in this, but it seems that you can get a phone for 99,99 Euros. Yes, it is said about a contract, but it seems that they will delivery the phone itself for this price. I am writing "it seems", because I have never tired this. Maybe someone did?
And I suppose that you will need to make SIM unlock to use such phone.
fralik,
seems that o2 xda orbit II is not sim locked.

only operator thats signed up so far is o2, and theirs is unlocked as well"
contract or not contract
Yes, we can buy orbit II from O2 online shop without a contract for 500 Euros.
But my question is - can we purchase it WITH contract (pay 99 Euros) and then just do not use our contract? I think that I got an answer by myself - NO =(( Although I didn't go through all purchasing steps, but you need to specify you ID, your address, you bank account info. So, I suggest that after purchasing O2 will charge your bank account regardless of wether you are using phone or not.
I don't think that you would be able to get the handset for 99euro and then not use or cancel the contract. As far as I know, at least with some UK operators u have to pay a penalty, which is the full cost of the monthly line rental until the agreed end of the contract.

Hi,
you can buy the Xda orbit2 from O2 online shop or several other distributers with or without contract. It is not simlocked. The cheapest way is to find the cheapest distributer, that sells the Xda orbit2 with a Genion S with handy contract, if you don´t want to use the contract. You can get it for 99 € with Genion L, but you have to pay the monthly basic fee for this contract (so if you don´t use the included call minutes, it´s not the cheapest way).
Best regards

:-D
The cheapest one I found (includes fees for 24 months) is 380,03€. But they don't like it if you throw away the sim cards and don't use them. They say that these offers won't stay if too much people behave like that.
Straputsky
where could u get that offer from?
Hello!
The cheapest way I found in Germany is the following:
ebay-Verkäufer www_logitel_de
When you use the "Telco Eplus Get75call" it will cost you 14,95*24+9=367,8 when you throw away your card.
If you use your 50 free-minutes (calculate only 10cent per minute) it will cost you 367,8-24*5=247,8 theoreticaly
JueLue
You could get it from obocom.de. It's a package of 2 Sims. One "Kombi Comfort", one "Zuhause Web Data"
Orbit 2: 210€
Anschlussgebühr: 50€
Kombi Comfort: 0€ (for the first 24 months)
Zuhause Web Data: 120€ (24x5€)
Versandkosten: 0€
--------------------------
Gesamt: 380€
(Prices are slightly rounded)
@JueLue
Don't forget do add 8,90€ shipping costs

Help With Tom Tom 6 maps

I have recently bought a Cruise in the US. On installing the supplied Tom Tom 6 software, I was able to download a free map. I chose Washington DC from the list of all the states (I know it is not a "state"!). I would also like Virginia and perhaps Maryland. I went to the website provided in the download instructions www.europe.htc.com/gpsmaps but could only buy the whole of the USA. Does anyone know how to access just an extra state? I do not mind paying but do not want to pay for all of the USA. Thanks.
Buy from TOMTOM's own wb site. At the moment they are offering 50% discount on all maps unyil 31st Jan. The link is:
http://www.tomtom.com/products/maps/select.php?D=23&Language=1
If you select product as NAVIGATOR 6, then in Region, you will see US maps , separately divided into 6 regions. You can buy single region of your choice or whole USA ... whatever you like. (It gives details of states covered in that region, if you expand "more info" after selecting the region)
Hope it helps.

Register on the Tomtom site then download/install Tomtom home on your PC or Laptop. Download/Install active sync 4.5. When you're done, restart your Laptop/PC then connect your HTC Touch Cruise to it. Tomtom home will automatically pop up and ask you if you would like to link your account to your Touch Cruise. If you click yes, you will then be asked to log in after which you can now choose which map you want.
I suggest you buy the whole map now while Tomtom is still on "50% SALE"
Me? I bought both Map of Western Europe and Map of USA and Canada. Its a lot cheaper than buying one city at a time. Besides, if one day you decide to sell your HTC Touch Cruise on eBay, then, you've got a reason for asking a higher price. Ain't it?
Thanks for the tips. Will try them out.

When in O2 UK?

Hi,
I think that after 3 years with HTC Universal(s)(3), it's a time to change my phone!
There is nothing even close to XDA Exec so Raphael is the only alternative...
Does anyone know when I can expect this phone to hit UK market (O2)?
I was told that HTC Diamond will hit O2 by end of this week (retentions agent)- but that might not be the full story. On the plus side he knew about Raphael but didn't know any dates
Many thanks!
Cheers
Chris
I to was wondering the same
O2 Germany said they release the Touch Pro in the week of 15th september.
Any idea what o2 are calling the phone?
In Germany it will be called "o2 Xda diamond pro", guess it will be the same in the UK.
Today i found it at the O2 Homepage. It´s very expensive. https://service.o2online.de/portal?$part=Productcatalog.content.detailView&hardwareId=4510%20070033%2000&commercializationId=NewCustomerWebshopPostpaid&tariffId=O-GEN-H-L
o2 just started selling their version of the diamond "XDA Ignito" http://www.coolsmartphone.com/news4232.html
It's definitely available via o2 customer services as of today in the UK as I phoned up but they want £35 a month for 18 months = £630 minimum term and the touch diamond is £399.99 sim free most places now so I would advise get a sim free one then get a o2 sim only (simplicity) 30 day rolling contract
