i have following any tutorial that can change the splash screen in Magician, i've done with mini O2, but cannot with dopod 818, what should i do? is there a problem with the WM2005 on dopod n WM2003 on O2 mini?

I've managed to load the original ROM back on my o2 XDA NEO. (as I need to send it in for repair).
However, I still have a HTC and QTEK splash screen loading on boot (left over from some other ROM installs).
How can I remove those... and where can I find the original o2 XDA NEO splash files?

A friend of mine just bought this phone and it has german wm5,
its SIM unlocked but looks like CID locked, its a G4 model.
Is there a simple(free) solution to his problem?
We tried with no vendor ROM/update whatever but it stops at 0% and
says something like wrong version of ROM...something like that...
Can anyone help out?

Hey, I have a big problem and I hope somebody can help me.
I have a Kaiser which stuck up in the bootloader and I have flashed it with the false ROM and now I'm not able anymore to change the ROM.
So I need the original Kaiser / MDA Vario III ROM from T-Mobile Germany and not the Update.
go to kaiser wiki to have a look .I downloaded one there
