I just downloaded RUU_Kaiser_HTC_WWE_3.28.405.0_radio_sign_25.83.40.02_1.65.17.56_Ship from the official HTC e-Club site with a date of 02-07-08 (dd/mm/yy).
I wonder if its worth to upgrade, because I'm running RUU_Kaiser_HTC_WWE_3.28.405.0_radio_sign_25.83.40.02_1.65.16.25_Ship now.
Also, can somebody tell me if I can restore a sprite backup afterwards or better not?

that seems to be only a different radio version.
Wait till someone rip the radio out and you can just flash the radio.

If this radio can make the GPS functioning better (read faster), then I will flashed it right away. But how to rip the radio
Confirmed the same radio update for ITA ROM (just checked on e-club).
IF I remember correctly...the last time a 17 was in the radio it became absolute hell to remove...!!!!!
No problem to change this new radio so I think it doesnt from hell, hehe.

And tilt users also cannot install a htc rom. For that you'll need to super cid your device. If you are doing so, i recommend a cooked rom.

The archive from RS seems to be fine. Try do download it again. (file size reported by Windows should be 7,830,225 bytes)

I just downloaded it and flashed my device.
I was using Garmin DK.1
so far so good.
I like the fact that its a OEM ROM with default look and feel.

I agree with people that say Tilt owners can't get TyTN II updates on the HTC E-Club
When I login to HTC E-Club and look at the devices. I see the AT&T Tilt.
I dont see the HTC TyTN II
So it all depends on where you live and what device you have/registered with HTC.
when I login to HTC E-Club. I dont see this ROM update.
the only way I could find it was through f1ip's downloads.

Hi people.
I got my sensation yesterday!
Got S-OFF, installed WORKING CWM and am running LeeDrOiD and loving it!
Only thing I forgot like a muppet was to back up the ORIGINAL O2 branded ROM that was pre-installed.
Just wondered whether anyone knows where i could find it?
Ive looked in the shipped roms thread but no luck so far.

This is not what you're looking for, check development forums for a RUU (rom update utility) for O2 UK and I'm sure there is a sticky in QA or general how you use it.
