Magician O2 Mini Asia 1.12.920 Extended ROM files uploaded

Hi All,
Just a small contribution, I have uploaded the Extended ROM files of O2 Mini 1.12.920 Extended ROM. I have the dump of 1.12.00 WWE also, please let me know if such file is already uploaded or not. Thanks guys for all the support and information I got from this forum.
Needless to say waiting for WM 5.0 for Magician.

Thanks for the great job man. really appreciate it. I've compared it with 1.11 ext rom & seems no different. but the BTHUSB cab is not there anymore.
Btw, don't see your dumped rom though.

XDA Neo english ROM!

hey guys, is there any XDA neo official english rom available?

Xda Neo is for German market only, so obviously there will not be an English ROM for Xda Neo. But as you know Xda Neo is a brand of HTC Prophet, which has other similar brands like Qtek S200, i-mate JAmin, Dopod 818Pro... and all these products have English ROM, so you can upgrade your Neo with these English ROM image. Unfortunately i dont know any method how to upgrade to another language other than using JAFWM USB device.

Tamagochi:
You can download either the new qtek wwe or imate jaming rom (i'll suggest you use the i-jaming rom. It is more stable and has no memory leak like the qtek rom.) to upgrade it the english version. But then , you will have to get rid of the CID check. It you search the prophet section you will find information on how to override the CID check. The best method is to use the hack provided by machinegod (once again search through the forum). Instruction on "How TO" is provided.

I have purchased a XDA Neo and This is the first time I am using the XDA. I have no clue how to change the existing German ROM to English, Can someone please guide me in details how this can be done.

Hi Guys
I tried some things yesterday to change the ROM of XDA NEO
I first tried to install the
JAMin_WWE_213923_2139123_022021_ship
this failed with error 294 invalid Vender ID
I tried to search the forum and there I can accross
one posting where I can unlock the CID, using
Enable Rapi.bat
I again tried the same executable but it again failed
with the same error
Then I came accross another executable to unlock the
CID
romupdateutility.exe
and there was a rom associated with that
RUU_Prophet_2151327_21513121_021921_DOP_ASIA_WWE_Ship.exe
I installed that and it worked
Most of the Posting here says that
JAMin_WWE_213923_2139123_022021_ship is the best for XDA NEO
As the CID lock is now removed so I thought I should
be able to indtall the JAmin Rom and tried that but
that failed with this error
Error [296] upgrade only
This NBF file cannot be used for your PDA phone please
get newer NBF File
Can you please guide me if its good to install the JAmin Rom, if yes how can i do that and avoid this 296 error

This is possible....
Download the latest ROM update from I-mate Website or rather ftp.clubimate.com - and extract the ROM to a folder and replace the romupdateutil.exe from MachineGod into the folder.
Now you can check for a thread in the forum for this exe file(look for VendorID hack). Right now I don't have it. But if you can't find it lave me an email will send you once I'm back home on Monday.
All thanks to MachineGod for the altered Util with the verdorID hack.
It works great on my phone.. since past two weeks.... I had a German Version of XDA Neo which is now loaded with the latest WWE ROM for Imate JaMin.

Can anyone knows when XDA have the officcial ROM version for XDA Neo ?! I'm using the ROM Imate for my Neo but the radio is not good !
If anyone have the English ROM of Neo, please send me one !

i have o2 Xda neo with german rom and with dopod 818 rom i have changed its language. and now i am using it...
no problem has occured. it's fantastic...
look for latest dopod 818 in the forum i am sure you will find the program and how to do it instructions...

but wat abt the bootscreen? it says its dopod on an O2 device.. is there anyway we can use the original rom and change its interface, or use the dopod rom and change its bootscreen?

As i known the latest rom version for dopod 818 now is RUU_Prophet_2151327_21513121_021921_DOP_ASIA_WWE_Ship

I'm trying to find the NEO official rom version too, does anyone tell me where can i find it...............still waiting

O2 XDA is a German only release so there is no English ROM available for it. You will have to use the Qtek, Imate or Dopod ROM to get an English OS.

confused, need help

hi i have visited the xda-developers ftp site. there are tons of ROM upgrade and it confuses me which one to download for my 02 XDA II Mini.
please help.

i just bought an O2 xda Neo ppc and accedently i updated my english firmwire to german frm the o2.de site.. can anyone please tell me how do i get my english firmwire back ( windows mobile 5 english ) or upgrade it to windows mobile 6 english.
ps.In detail plz im new to this!

this is a china forum of prophet.
this rom is not SPL and IPL if you phone is G3 version ,you can try download it and flash it. i flash many time.no problem.
