I was going to leave some smartass answer, but I agree, starcraft would be pretty sweet to have, especially at work

So is it better than the desire since the desire only has 2 point touch?
Sent from my HTC Desire using XDA App
All of HTC's recent phones use touch panels with real multi-touch, unlike the panels on the nexus one and the desire..

Be interested in this myself. Two point touch only is unacceptable. I do recall seeing the touch tester software installed when samjpullen went through his list of installed software. Perhaps someone could give it a try.

try this
been playing on an N64 emulator for a bit. No issues with cross overs and inverted axes like on my old Nexus. It's a proper multi-touch sensor.
Edit: Up to 4 points using that app. Not mind blowing, I'm not sure if there's ever a need for more than 4...

A good review. Has anyone else had the issue with the camera they had (ie when opened from the lockscreen).
We really could use some more sample pics. Personally I didnt think the ones they posted looks THAT bad.

I completely agree, but I think the "frustration" (if you will) is more to do with the fact, it is lacking compared to other phones of that same top level of phones AND that fact that it's a repeated problem on all HTC devices that, just isn't being fixed as they release new phones.

a few people have mentioned it in the General Issues & Bugs thread
back to thread - on multitouch test
it does 4 fingers, very sensitive and no issues with multitouch like the desire used to.

I'm sorry, but is this really a problem? There is no situation imaginable where 10-finger-multitouch will be necessary, even four fingers is stretching it. Real-world situations will require a maximum of two, rarely maybe three fingers being tracked simultaneously.

Everyone who submits an app to Blackberry's App World before Feb.13 will get a free Playbook.

yeah. A full list of everything supported/unsupported here. It's a good thing that my app is very simple. The emulator is very glitchy for android apps. Hopefully my app works well on a real playbook.

At least it's free.
I thought that I would never get a playbook because it is terrible, but after this offer, I am all for it. If you already have an app, there is no reason not to take advantage of this offer.
This sounds low but if anyone is going to submit an app and does not want their Playbook, I will pay a small fee for your troubles, my dad is a blackberry user and would definitely like this.
Hey I was just wondering, do they check the quality of the app? I can easily make a hello world one where you push a button and a clock appears, but nothing actually useful. Is there any requirements for the app, or is it just submit and get free play book?

I'm pretty sure that it isn't only for the US because RIM is based in Canada. ask the guy on twitter(@asaunders) or @BlackBerryDev
Shine some light if I'm overlooking, or mis-looking, but the specs say this has 1gb of ram, and when you check out totalmem in setcpu, you get 745,932. Anyone? lies and decete, 256 alotta some hidden place, setcpu reading it in error???

256 is dedicated to graphics and about 250-300 is used by system but that shows in the total memory
Icic. 256 is like gpu dedicated then? 760 for proccesing anything running?

To be frank, the search function of this site sucks. I often have to use Google to find anything.
Honestly all forum search blows versus Google, but there are some questions you can't help but think "Surely this has been asked before, hello {search engine of choice}".
