im using my xda mounted on a motorbike using tomtom 5 and need a waterproof case so the xda does die in wet weather..

I has just thinking of this now but what do you guys think of a custom CNC Milled case?
the insides would be exactly the same but it would give a slightly more square shape to the phone
(imagine the iPhone 4 and the DZ had a baby) it would be made of Aero-Grade aluminum that has been
powder-coated to insulate it.
What do you guys think?

I found out that the chinese are not worth buying and retails are around 75- 100 usd
if it has that much metal in it, it will mess with the reception. just a forwarning
