English language support for O2 XDA mini II help ?

i am in germany and i want to buy O2XDA mini II but the problem is that its in germany language version. I wan to change it in english language. As i am very very fresh user, I dont know much about all this.
can someone please tell me that how i can change the language support.

i have o2 mini xda german and i want to keep o2 active by the same time change to english or french rom
can i upgrade it with o2 mini xda II english rom???

Hello. I have a MDA II as well that is in german an i want to get it in english.. I am new to this world but i am use to unlocking a flashing phone. So could sombody please give me complete instructions.

I would like to change the language of my O2 XDA II to English.

to change, you must install english roms.. see it on search of kaiser upgrading
