Language problem

Hello all!
I had a Vodafone xda mini but unfortunately it's installed a German version which I could not understand.
I'm expecting to have an English version but I don't know where to download this software and how to do the installation. Please kindly help me to solve this problem.
Below is the details of my xda.
ROM-version : 1.11.01 GER
ROM-Datum : 03/15/05
Radio version : 1.11.00
Protokoll-version : 1337.42
ExtROM-version : 1.11.161 GER

I need to change interface language to french. Any help will be apreciated
