im looking for the last rom(english or german) with handsfree support. im just running the 1.12.01 ger (from tmobile).
it has NO handsfree support. the qtek 1.11 wwe before had handsfree support.
i need it to be connected automatically to my parrot ck3300.
can anyone help me?

Umm... the rom you have should have handsfree support. Have a look at the threads that say about upgrading just the radio to 1.13 and see if that helps.

This is my first post (newbie), I've just got a new Qtek S100 on 02 UK contract, I'm having problems getting TomTom5 to work with BT-77 Gps receiver, :? I think it may have something to do with the Rom version, my current Rom details are:
Rom Ver 1.06.00 WWE
Rom Date 01/06/05
Radio Ver 1.05.00
Protocol 1337.39
Ext Rom 1.06.115 WWE
I've been looking around the forums and getting a bit confused as to which Rom Ver I should upgrade to, would I be correct in assuming I should use the WWE_11100_129_111000.exe?
Any help from the experts much appreciated.
Also would the "SD card ROM backup/update method" be the best way to carry out the upgrade or are there any other methods? :roll:

I found the download link for the UK 1.12.00, all OK now Bluetooth working a treat, straight forward upgrade about 20 mins all done.
And where is this link to the 1.12?
Do you have the GPRS problems with this ROM?

Do a search of the forums and you should find it or you could try looking on the ftp. :idea:

Buymobilephones.net is where I got my S100 from and I installed this ROM about 3 weeks ago.
This is the one that is being talked about in the other posts with having the GPRS connection problems. Managed to get mine working yesterday by following the instructions in the other posts. I understand 1.12 fixes a lot of BT problems and also the reception is better so I didn't want to go backwards instead try and find a solution to the GPRS problems.

The result was horrible: I don't hear anybody no more

Someone has posted a newer Radio ROM 1.13 on the ftp site. I have already loaded it and it works fine.
Hello i just install in my s200 the HTC Prophet radio ROM 2.69.21 G3
But they give me may problems!(with bt, and gprs) i use Jester 2.20 rom!
Any one have the link to download the version 2.47 i just past more that hour and i cant find it!

Hi, ive installed My Black Edition 2 (thanks Vincent, awesome work! ) and im having issues with bluetooth... I have upgraded the Radio ROM to 02.61.21 now i can pair my parrot handsfree kit fine and i can hear the other person, but they cant hear me...
is there a better Radio rom i should try?

Try another radio rom my advice is to try 2.19 see if that helps.
hanks for the advice, Ive installed radio 02.19.21 and the bluetooth is working lovely! but my text messaging appears to be broken now! when i go to send i get the 'phone is not ready, wait 15 seconds' message... any ideas on how to fix that??? or a radio rom that has all the bits working???

Just installed radio rom 02.69.21 and it seems to have fixed all my problems!
bluetooth works and SMS works fine too!
