Manila font color??

Hi there all you dev's
I was wondering if it was possible to change the manila font color?
When you use a background of your choice (in my case with HDwall), sometimes the white and grey text can't be read because of the color of the background..
I have searched all i can but can't even find a single post about this subject??
Can anybody help me?

i'm looking for the same thing cause i wanna change my wallpaper to white, n with white fonts its not very usable ^^

Looking for a black font theme

Hi guys!
There are a lot of themes out there, but I haven't found one using a black font in the commandbar and the taskbar.
I'm currently working on a brushed metal theme which is a light gray color, so text needs to be black. I have been able to make the button text (Color_CommandBarText) black, but I cannot find a way to change the title text color on a messagebox. The attached screenprint shows the default white color word warning barely shows on the title bar.
Does anybody know way to change this font to black or better yet, does anybody know an existing theme which uses the black font in all objects?

I need to change the status bar and drop down colors.

I have a white theme with white text. I need to replace all the white text. I am running froyo and yes I have searched and nothing has helped/worked. Thank you in advance.

Look for a compatible theme in the Theme and Apps section or you could possibly make one yourself if you have the know-how (this might help).

You want background to be white? Or text to be white? Kinda confused.

I know how to theme already, thank you though. I got my theme ported and its all white. The problem is; the text is white too. It blends into the background. I need to change the text COLOR from the status bar and drop down to black. How can I do this? And ill give that a try superweapons. Ty.

uot kitchen does this.
Infuse, infused...running gingerbread

Just Google the UOT kitchen on google.
Then then copy these files from the phone to your computer:
1) Framework-res.apk
2) SystemUI.apk
3) TwFramework-res.apk
then do your theme on UOT, then on the file submit page, select [system files] on the upload section, upload your file and submit.

Thank you guys. I used UOT. The text is now black but when I hit menu on the home screen the text is still white and blends with the background. Does anyone know how to change that part?

Help in registry

take a look at those screenshots and see if you can help me. I changed the pink to black. In the folders homebrew app the system apps still that the pink is the color when it is black. Someone please help me.

go to
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ControlPanel\Themes\1\Accents]
and change color code number of pink color
you must know number of pink color

changing selection / highlight (ugly teal colors)

Does anyone know how to change the ugly teal colors in the stock theme?
I want to change all instances of teal (selection highlights, notification toggles etc) to a better blue or other color.
Is this an easy process to do? is it just a hex code change? Can someone point me in the right direction?

Its a .9.PNG image found in /system/app/framework-res.apk/Res/hdpi/ folder
Can't remember which one specifically.. but that's where its located. For me its very easy. But why don't you give it a whirl

Anyone know where i change the universal android selection/highlight color?
(teal in menus, when clicking things, and secondary font color etc)
I really wanna change it... teal is pretty ugly... lol

For the highlight color sir, go to framework/res/values/styles.xml then ctrl+f highlight. and you will find texthighlightcolor or anything that has a highlight color. it is hexcode.
