Sh-t now it works!
Not joking was getting the same message(vBulletin)!!
Still happens if I try to reply when logged out, back to login screen even though I can view my profile.. buggy

What was the message?
New users can't post in the development section till they reach 10 helpful posts...
There are other restrictions as well, most of which get lifted at 30 posts...

Edit: oh I was on the app, didn't see that you guys are past the new user phase...sorry for that...
