Guys, I advise caution when doing this stuff.
Crossbow is an unreleased rom, and experienced guys have bricked devices installing it. I advise that those of a weak disposition or pregnant don't attempt this until there's further confirmation from the foolhardy.

when is crossbow release date?
now i see it can be installed on almost every wm5 device. i believe that it just needs some minor tweaks and bugfixes to make it widely available.
well i hope some smart guy will fix it out.

You are wrong.
It's just that the prophet and the wizard are 99% compatible (99% same pcb)
We are lucky that a wizard rom has leaked out!

Hello. I am a xda neo user in Hong Kong. I would love to upgrade to Crossbow for my xda neo too, especially I love CHINESE ROM !!! Is it traditional chinese or simplified chinese? Can you post the ROM file here and list the step-by-step procedures of how to upgrade?

I found this site yesterday (via google), but all the posts related to WM6/Crossbow had the link already removed so I'm glad you have it Oh - I don't understand the language they speak there... so maybe you can bring some light into it?

I do know Chinese.
Let me give all of you some clues (i have read throught the chinese forum)
According to the one who made this rom, he/she is using a japanese rom to make this rom, so there's no original WWE rom.
However, the rom maker hasn't said anything about the rom, where does it come from, nor any official details
That's all i could help.

If you think you can do it, follow instructions here:

and dump the rom from your device.
And upload to rapidshare (www.rapidshare.com)
If you could do this, I would be a happy man
And even better, If you have access to a norwegian RUU (rom upgrade utility) for your kaiser (Im not sure, but maybe you can get it from htc e-club. http://member.htc.com/member/login.aspx?fm=eu&ln=en
register if you havnt allready, and see if there is a download
other option is contact support via email and ask for a ruu, cause your device has locked, and you need to flash it back
any of theese would be greatly appreciated
If you look in the windows folder of all Tytn II rom there are some cabs that are installed on a hardreset. One is named configure_key.cab
Could that cab install the country specific keymappings?

There isn't RUU for new devices on htc club. Only for upgrade when htc deploy new functionality on the same version of windows mobile (as gps update for P3600 Trinity) or new version of windows mobile.

I've read in some others threads that's impossibile to reconstruct the rom as it comes when u buy. Something miss as office or connection wizard.

I bought an AT&T 8925 HTC TILT KAISER TYTN II wich WM6 is original english. Is possible to flash a full Spanish ROM?. If possible, will the new ROM show Windows Mobile in Spanish?.
I only need you can tell me where to find the perfect Spanish ROM for me (if exists), and If I need to follow this link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=334679 to flash the new ROM.

Yes, you can flash any ROM made for Kaiser or Tilt to your device. But you'll have to install the Tilt Keyboard fix to use your hardkeyboard properly on ROMs, that are not designed for Tilt.

This cab include both input and chinese support from HTC Asia rom made by Tom. I just repack the cab to fix the skin portion.

guys, i have a question, is CE-Star no longer working on TD2 WM6.5?
EDITED: the more i browse, the more confusing i am, used to be working fine withe just the CE-STAR, what is missing in the Manila 2.5 ROM?

I tired it with SMS and it worked. You just need to choose the A4 keyboard.
I was wondering, is this only in simplified chinese? Can it do traditional chinese?
Also, I tried to uninstall it but could not.
