Hi,
I am facing the problem while viewing a website with Tamil or other UNICODE languages in Internet Explorer (POCKET PC 2002). I installed Unicode fonts using CETuner and changed the Internet Explorer setting to UNICODE. But yet seeing BOXES only. Please help.

I have a WAP aplication which has to run on Internet Explorer with Windows Mobile 2005.
My problem is with the cache of the input fields. When I visit a WAP page that I have already visited before the input field shows the previous content in spite of the default and the value of the input field is different.
How Can I avoid this?
Thank you in advanced,
Juan
Hello,
I am a brazilian user, but my Wizard is in English language.
I am facing a serious problem with my IMAP e-mail provider:
the folders of the server are in portuguese (Lixeira, Rascunhos, etc), but my ppc folders are in english (Deleted Itens, Drafts, Sent Items).
Because of this, i am facing double folders in my e-mail: some emails (those i handle throught ppc) in the english folders, and others in the porguese folders (Those i handle throught webmail).
I checked with my mail provider, and they can´t change the folders to the english name.
So, i need to change the defaul name of the folders in my WM device.
I found that Profimail does that...
I think...
Any ideas?
Thanks!
I am running WM6 (on Hermes, if that matters). Very often the e-mail coming to me is not in Russian - Windows (1251), but in Russian - KOI8-R encoding. While Internet Explorer handles it just fine (when specified explicitly), there's no option to select it in the Inbox. How do I add it?
...Anyone?
ActiveSync + Pocket Outlook + Unicode characters
I have Unicode characters in the Note sections of my Outlook Contacts on the desktop PC. I am using Tahoma font and also copied the font to the PPC (Windows\fonts). These characters aren’t showing up correctly under the PPC. Is there anyway to display Unicode characters in Pocket Outlook (Note section of Contacts)?
Thanks for any info…

On your desktop open the outlook 2003 or above. set the default folt for notes as tahoma. Just create a new note. sync with PPC and view it. does this one also not display properly?

No, it does not display properly because Tahoma is not just a True Type font. It is a newer type font and if you look at its icon on PC, you would see an O instead of TT. This newer type font has Unicode characters inside of it. The ActiveSync works with True Type fonts but not with Tahoma. Please let me know if there is a solution, thanks.
I'm trying to find text editors and file browsers for Windows Phone 7, but the Windows Store doesn't show many. Are there any out there that don't require rooting?
