I edit the mui files and buildos and flash rom.
but when I see it from ppc ,They are not changed.
so how to build new os with changed mui files?

I have .cab file not .tsk file..
For .tsk i know everything but what about .cab file?
You can do it a couple of ways.
Extract the .cab and replace the files in rom a simple file search of kitchen will let you know location.
Make the .cab into a EXT package
Add to customization ExtendedPKG/OperatorPkg
