hi this is kirit frm india i am using o2 xda neo .. i want o2 neo old rom..

but rom is qtek .. when i am start my phone is shown qtek logo i dont want plz help me .. i update to win moble 6 .. so if u have old o2 neo rom or o2 neo win mobile 6 rom plz help me ...

Please help me to update my sofware
I got HTC ONE DUAL SIM 802w china unicom
Sofware number-1.0.0.802w
Buil number-1.12.1402.1 CL186762
I bought it in shop and it is still running on Android 4.1.2
I want to update it to latest KitKat 4.4.2.
Please tell me where to start from and is it possible or not???

my grand 2 is a indian firmware 4.2.2 version i accidently upgraded taiwan 4.3 jelly bean its working fine but is upgrade indian firmware of kitkat is upgrades and touch screen doesnt work plz help i just want my phone back to indian vesion inu or ins but its in bri taiwan version plz help G7102ZTUANL1 i tried upgrading from odin indian version but after upgrade is start and the screen turns on but touch doesnt work plz help i would b very thankful

Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. The best palce to get help is in your device's specific forum here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-grand-2. You most likely need to flash the correct firmware in odin. They should be able to help you in that forum as they are the experts on your device.
