well.. i thought i had successfully reflashed to the new rom.. BUT.. i'm stucked at boot loader mode.. the only way to revive back ur mini is reflash your old german.nb1 rom.. tht'll solve ur prob..
no more storage...
i've tried the 'big storage' issue... it works pretty fine, and I got the 27MB storage space... unfortunately my Qtek in such case, is in english (I'm trying to undestand the issue of Anansky Rom modification on a byte-per-byte basis, to create a french version but it's quiet difficult).
As I'm working in french, I need plenty of accent, and diacritic characters.
The problem now is that when I flash-back to the original french Rom, there is not anymore 7.5MB storage space (wathever version I'm using 1.03, 1.06, or 1.11)... Grrrrr !

I have just downloaded the official new rom v1.11.
When I want to upgrade it, I get an error regarding the ID country !
I don't understand why... I got the rom from the official website (Thailand section since I bought the mini in Thailand but the ROM is for Asian countries and it should not be the problem).
How to solve this problem?

I upgrade my O2 mini completly by using offical O2 firmware.But i try two times. I think the meaning of "reset" is hard reset then let the O2 goes back the original setting before upgrade.
After upgrade, the storage still has 7Mb, not 27Mb. Who can give me a comment???
GPRS problem

Now the ROM updated.
But I got a new problem, with GPRS.
I can connect to GPRS but once I'm connected, I don't have anymore the possibility to disconnect like before with the previous ROM.
*** ROGER 123, what is exaclty the problem with the storage? You are talking about the RAM or the free space in the ROM?
I guess what you mean but not sure... After a hard reset .... additional softs will be intsalled (3 seconds and...). Just make a soft reset before the process and then you don't have these extra softwares so that you have 7 Mb more available in RAM.

Hey2, this official rom, you can't get 27 Mb of storage. If you want get the 27 MB Storage you must cooked the official rom first.

O2 mini Rom upgrade help-
Hi,
I'm new here...Just downloaded Rom upgrade from www.seeo2.co and tried upgrading. (ma_o2asia_11100_922_11100_ship.exe)
HELP! At stage 2. Updating Extended Rom.... the process just freeze at 15% and refuse to complete!!
I've also read other upgrade options and downloaded "MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe" and followed instructins but same thing each time..
Tried at least 10 times, each time stuck at 15%
Any known solution out there pls??

how to backup and restoring extendend rom
guys i have an i mate jam and i want to change the rom to o2, i downloaded and flash WWE_O2_1.12.00 found in ftp and it works fine herebut i noticed that there is no extended rom included.so i copied my wifes o2 xdamini extedended rom(1.12.920 wwe) by using spritebackup,it works fine my problem is i always have to do the same process everytime i hard reset and doing it again and again really sucks!!! i hope you can help me backup my wifes o2 xdamini extended rom and flash it permanently in my o2 xda mini(b4 it was imate jam).guys i really need your help i don't know if this problem is easy to solve or i just don't understand the different instructions posted in this forum.

the best rom + ext rom + stuff ;-) for a QTEK S200, i tried just of tons, always problems, then egain hardresert and stuff, again, freezed stuff, and so and so....
on which version I should stay for now? Which ROM schould I install and it just will work? I'm fine with ROM + clean ext rom, I can put my stuff there.... =)

For people to really comment on your post you should also include what your IPL/SPL is at the bootscreen. And also tell what version of the pdamobiz you installed.
And ofcourse it depends per person what they think is a good ROM

Im a G4 unlocked SIM / CID User. I just flashed latest TNT 5.0 ROM. ( Which is great). However somehow my ext rom became corrupted. I already downloaded the latest Official ROM from HTC (cingular 8125) and for some reason the flashing process hangs at the half and the program crahes, of course, i reset my device and it comes to the rainbow screen so i flash it again with wizard love to resurrect it.
However when i flash again another ROM like TNT 5.0 and error is show showint "not enough storage memory..." but i have abput 40 MB free. So this is how i know my ext rom is corrupted.
My question is. How do i repair my corrupted ext rom?? Is there a way to flash only an empty ext rom?? As i said i cannot flash into an oficial ROM because the process crashes.
What can i do?? Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

Actually it didnt work !
Well i just flashed that empty ext rom but the problem persists. The error message is still being showed randomly "Your phone is running low on free stroage space...".
I just flashed the empty ext rom, but i didnt flash any other complete ROM again.

Go to the TNT 5.0 thread, look at post # 3 under "new foundations" 5th bullet down! It will tell you how to fix this!

it works ok, but doesn't see my 8Gb SDHC card (actually i see only 3,8GB)
I tried to flash another roms, but my uni is not booting after install. Only this one (Jwrightmcps Crossbow ROM Update 2.12.06 WWE) is working. When i try to boot my phone O2 logo is displaying and thats it.
Question: is it enough to download and install new rom, or i need to install somethink else? I tried also to install 6.1 rom, but it doesnt boot my phone also.

I have one idea what i did wrong.
When i flashed new rom i started it ehat windows was launched (not from bootloader). Is it possible that this way i break my radio and after that my new rom won't start?
